Alert: There's always a long queue here! You usually have to wait around 5-10 mins or sometimes around 20-25 mins as well! People say the quality of petrol is good here, but I don't think it's worth the wait! In Nepal, there isn't any grading system of petrol! Also, not to forget there's only one importer in our country, so logically thinking, it's going to be the same petrol that you'll get in another petrol pumps, better not to waste your time if you are going to get the same stuff somewhere else! Additionally, you need to pay first here! You'll need to get out of your vehicle and pay at the counter get the receipt and wait in the queue for your turn, which I think is a hassle! They can try to make the whole process a little more easier for the customers, so that there'll be less queue and faster fillings! Furthermore, the army camp beside it doesn't let you stop, near the exit area! Like even if there's a pillion rider with you, they can't stay near the exit. They'll either tell you to stay far from their area or stay inside the petrol pump!

One and only finest pertols and diesel are supplied here. Engine performance and mileage is best after filling gasoline from this petrol pump. Have been filling from for past 20 years and am very satisfied with the service. Quantity matches the meter displayed. Queue system for filling the gases are fair enough. As it is owned and operated by nepal army services are always fair. This country faces border strikes and city strikes due to different political factors resulting to oil shortages causing problems for vehicles owners and public transportation. Even in this case scenario this petrol pump manages to supply petrol and diesel in quotas though we have to be in queues. Most of the petrol pumps remains closed and rarely supplies this petrol pump remains open. Service time starts about half past 8 to evening half past 5 and remains closed on public holidays.

It’s written as closing time is 6 pm but actually they close petrol pump at 5. Information shown at web site is wrong. Seeing open time and close time I went there at 5 pm. Update on site with proper timing need to be maintained, it will affect people like me who goes to petrol pump by seeing website. If you are closing petrol pump at 5 pm every day, that time need to be updated in website as well.

They try a lot to manage everything, however, I always have to stay in a queue, which almost takes (in average) 20 minutes from start to end. Everything else is okay. Everyone says fuel is pure, I don't know how to test it, going with what everyone says.

The ques are not well managed. Some people get refuelled without following the line. Strict rule of first-come first-served should be implemented. They stil have analog dispensers, which should be upgraded.
