Think the petrol is bad at this place. My new scooter started to give out black smoke. Also the service was really bad this one guy was eating with one hand and filling up the petrol with another and spilled so much of the petrol outside my petrol tank. No proper acknowledgment or sorry. Also people were cutting line and the employees here did nothing about it. It was very inconvenient for people like us who were actually waiting on line. One time an old man got frustrate and asked the employee why are they letting people cut the line while others are waiting the employee replied “if you don’t want to put petrol in your vehicle then you can go.” I’ve had so many bad interactions in this petrol pump before but today was the worst. Hope the employees will have basic manners in future for other people because I’m never going back in this station.

आज 25.11.2023 मैले दिउसो कारीब २बजे तिर धल्कु को नेवा पेट्रोल पम्पमा मेरो अवेन्जेर २२० मा रिजर्व आउने बितिकै फुल तेन्क पेट्रोल हालेको, १२•५ गयो, मेरो भन्दा आगाडी को बाईक ले ३ लितर हालेको थियो, मैले पेट्रोल हाल्ने भाई लाई जेरो भ्एको थियन भनेको १ सेकेन्द मा १ लितर जान्छ रे जेरो नै थियो रे, अनि म घरमा आएर ईन्टरनेट मा चेक गरेको रिजर्व मा त ९•५ मात्र जाने रहेछ, नेवा मा पेट्रोल हाल्दै आएको १० बर्ष भयो पहिलो चोटी नोतिस गरे, त्यो पनी धेरै पुरोनो स्ताफ बाट तेस्तो भयो

Petrol pump banda garnu parcha.. maile 10 litres haalda meter ma herera haaleko but guess what.. mero bike jasle 38kmpl dirako thyo suddenly gave only 28kmpl.. aile feri bhadrakali ma haalda 38 nai diyo.. so as per calculation they only gave 7.5 litres.. newa ko board hatau bhatuwa haru.. sojo janata lai chusera khane newa ko name badnaam garne haru.. bhaak sala.. never returning back again !!!!!

They are only one petrol pump in KTM who can do transaction in phone pay. So if you are cashless and need some petrol for your vehicle and only have your phone with your phone banking or esewa apps you can easily get it

Not well managed gas station - unsafe to fuel here. People around here taking smoking while waiting for local transport.

So crowded petrol pump in our area. When ever i went there every time there were a lot of people.

Based on my fuel meter reading tend i highly suspect getting less oil than i have paid for
