I worked closely with Daniel over the last few months. I was referred to Daniel by my ex coworker and current good friend Dhana (who also has a review about him). Daniel is by far the best realtor I have worked with. Right from the beginning of the process, Daniel was very professional and was available to answer my questions. Daniel was always punctual, understood my needs very clearly and sent listings that were tailor made instead of generic filter searches usually sent by realtors. He went above and beyond in doing the calculations for me and prioritizing properties based on my interest. In addition to that Daniel, is extremely familiar with the GTA area. He has been a realtor for several years and is able provide good and bad about every property we looked at.Daniel really stood out while providing his inputs regarding the property, I feel like I was able to completely trust him. The reason I say this is because he would do his research and advice me not to proceed in case of any hidden smoking guns with the property, this showed he genuinely cared for his clients. I was once part of a multiple bidding situation, there were 10+ offers on the property however just one realtor showed up in person to present the offer and that was none other than my realtor Daniel. He is truly the person who goes above and beyond for his clients. I am extremely impressed by his impeccable customer service, professionalism, positive mentality and above all the camaraderie that I share with him. I absolutely recommend Daniel to anyone who is looking to rent or buy a home in the GTA. He is by far the best! Being first time in Canada, we were a little intimidated at first. Luckily we found Daniel through an ad and contacted him which made the process much easier than we had been anticipating. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. We were in the USA and Daniel send us photos and videos of the houses which helped us a lot to make the process easier! We were about to select a house from the video but he stopped us saying that he found a leakage in the house and we ended up renting a condo! He helped us right from the beginning like starting a bank account and introducing the area to us. We both are very happy with our first rental home and couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Daniel helped us to get a new rented house in Toronto with in a short period of time. I have never seen a dedicated person like Daniel. He was never like some other agents who dump all the available homes under their scanner and force you to take one of them, but was always on top of our requirements, by getting us very detailed reviews of the houses including video reviews and pros and cons. When we finalized one he really took care of our a-z needs starting from opening a bank account. He is someone that's looking out for your interest and guiding you through the whole process. He is trustworthy and knows the market dynamics. He is very systematic, and guided us through every step of the home renting process. Highly recommended!

Daniel is such a great agent I have never met before. He is always helpful, open and positive in any circumstances. When I was struggled in finding a place, he really tried hard to solve my situation and it worked out. He is an excellent listener! I was extremely satisfied with his service and he spent a lot of time on listening to my situation and giving me an advice over the phone for HOURS and HOURS. I highly recommend him, he gets along pretty easily with people and definitely, I will not hesitate to call him for any injuries and request for him to find a place next year as well. My wife and I had just moved to Canada and Daniel's help to make us find a place was amazing. He showed us 6 apartments downtown Toronto and when we found the place that we enjoyed he helped us building our case for a successful approval. It doesn't matter what time you call or text him, he ALWAYS picks up or reply within minutes. I highly recommend his services.

I reached out to Daniel to look for places in early 2021 which was covid times but he made sure we got the best deal given the markets at that time. Also he is great at understanding your requirements, providing listings, following up with the landlords and agents and eventually negotiating the best deal.

Daniel was very generous with is time. His advice was excellent and helped us to find an excellent house at an opportune moment in the market. Daniel went over and above the call of duty to see that things went well and stayed in touch with us long after the deal closed to help us with the move.
