My first review in 2015 when this place opened: Wowzers, got one of the best massages of my life today from Anna. Walked in to the clean, peaceful, quaint little space and was asked if I wanted medium or strong and was given Anna when I said "strong". She went to WORK! It felt amazing, worked out all my knots and I really appreciated the tranquility of the space. I will definitely be back. My second review in 2020 after many, many regular visits: Five years after my first review and I just left after another AMAZING massage. I went in not being able to turn my head from a giant knot in my shoulder and I feel brand new. This place checks all the boxes--relaxing, clean, great massages and organized service. I always call ahead for an appointment and ask for Coco. And the owner Michael is really on it. And: 20% or more is standard for tipping on service. Not extra, STANDARD. As in expected. These people do a great job and they deserve the respect.

I arrived at this place without an appointment and was kindly greeted by two women who asked if I had made one. Luckily, they had availability, so I decided to give it a try. I was searching for a traditional reflexology place, and based on other people's reviews I thought this would be a great place. I didn't catch the name of the masseuse, but I was so impressed that I'd like to return and have another massage from her. She had strong hands, paid great attention to my body's knots, and consistently ensured I was comfortable with the pressure and temperature of the towels used during the massage. After the session, I left the place with my body feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

This is a wonderful neighborhood spot. The service was great. I cannot believe I was able to schedule an appointment on a Sunday afternoon within the half hour. They stay open relatively late and it works with my schedule. Aesthetically, the spa is very pleasing and modest. Music was relaxing and the staff maintain a calm and quiet experience. Most of all everything was very clean and professional. Would recommend this space for anyone. Also its extremely affordable, so I was truly happy to tip well because the work was fantastic.

We called to make an appointment 2 days before and double checked with them that it would be at this spot on Lincoln, but upon arriving they said said we weren’t booked and took some time to figure it out. Eventually they had us walk to the other location to have the appointment. We asked about an explanation and if anything could be done for the inconvenience, but they said nothing could as we might have misunderstood that we were supposed to call them at the appointment time which didn’t make much sense…

Our go-to spot in all of NYC. My wife & I regularly go for our massages. Every masseuse is kind, attentive, and extremely talented. I felt asleep during my last massage -- that's how relaxed I was! We also look forward to the complementary water bottle (available even if you're just passing by and not getting a massage) and hard candies. Definitely pay in cash if you can-- the prices cannot be beat for the quality. Thank you Michael & team for always a relaxing and safe experience in COVID & beyond!

This is my favorite massage/bodywork spa in Brooklyn. I’ve been coming here for a number of years. The ambience is perfect - the rooms are decked out in natural wood, and the lighting is calm, and the music soothing. Every time I walk out I feel like a million bucks. Michael and his staff are experts masseuses and so friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough. Their COVID safety compliance has also been excellent and it’s felt safe to go here each time.

I tried this place tonight because the place I’ve been to in the past didn’t have an appointment available. Coco did my massage tonight, and she was amazing!! I was hurting when I came in, and feel SO much better now. She did such a great job that I immediately bought a package afterwards, and I’ve never bought a massage package from anywhere before. Quality massage, great price, friendly staff. SO glad I tried this place, and can’t wait to come back!

I love this place. I have been coming here exclusively when I need a massage. I have seen a number of therapists here and I am always beyond happy with the service and experience. They are very professional and clean. I love the calming atmosphere and the thoughtful touches each private room has. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I can confidently say that the quality of the massages is consistently excellent. The staff is both professional and super friendly, and the value ($45/hr if you get the 3-pack, plus tip) is hard to beat. I also appreciate that the masseuses give deeper massages/take care in kneading out knots; you can really feel the positive effect the next day.

Nothing extremely fancy, but very clean, comfortable, and excellent massages. I like a lot of pressure (which I tell them) and they always deliver. Mike the owner is also a gem of a human being. They also have a newer location on 7th Ave that is very nice if you're looking for more of a vibe. Extremely well priced and even better if you pay cash or prepay for a package. Highly recommend!

I booked a 60 minute massage with hot stones for my husband who had back surgery in May and had given up on Qui Gong. At LPSpa, the facilities looked clean and calm with friendly staff and I convinced him to give it a try. It was easy to book ahead and the massage was wonderful, targeting the trouble spots with the strength he wanted but also gentle. Definitely give this spot a try!

Best massage I’ve gotten in NY. Really nice staff. Clean place, actually relaxing rooms. Jay asks for specific massage points and focuses on them. Other places I’ve been to just goes through the same motion every time, but the technicians here really see and cater to my needs. Also, bottle of water after the session is ++++ service. I get so zonked out after every time.

This is a park slope go-to. I asked around for affordable but professional massages and Lincoln Place spa was recommended by several people. I was so relaxed from today’s massage that I fell asleep briefly during it. The masseuse checked in with me about pressure level and was thorough with massaging out all my knots. I’d highly recommend!!

This is my go-to massage place. I’ve been using them for five years now and I’ve never been let down. Their massages are perfect, and it’s a complete bonus that they’re so affordable. It’s clean and everyone is so nice. They always offer me a bottle of water to go. I usually just walk in if it’s a weekday but call ahead on the weekends.

I love this place! The massages are awesome and the price is fantastic, especially if you purchase 3 at one time, the price becomes $45 for a 60 minute massage! Every knot is found and worked out, leaving me feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I even fall asleep sometimes. I can’t say enough good things about them! Highly recommended.

Okay so the sign- it’s a foot that has feet and it says back rub. Need I say more? I will. She squished the spit out of my face when she pressed up my spine to my shoulder blades like I was a human tube of toothpaste. They removed the wall with lighting speed when we requested a couples massage. What can’t they do?

Great spa. Pay in cash. Very timely, no long wait. I had a 6pm appointment and the masseuse was at the door at 6. So get there a bit early so you can undress and be ready. Be prepared to leave your shoes at the door and wear the provided sanitized slippers. Want to pay less? Purchase gift certificates beforehand.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Love the service, *VIBES* - is a silly word I feel but really in this space, you already feel a weight lifted. It’s super welcoming and relaxed. You hear phone calls coming in pretty consistently, but it didn't bother me enough to take me out of the experience. I'll come again!

Coco is my ABSOLUTE favorite massage therapist. I used to see her at a different spa that closed during the pandemic. I was afraid I lost her forever. OMG... that was the BESSSSST full body massage I ever had. You most definitely get your monies worth. Although the spa is small, it's nice & clean. And the music is soothing. The staff is awesome. They were all very pleasant & courteous. I will be making this my monthly de-stresser session.

I can’t recommend Lincoln Place enough. My partner and I go every other week and bring our friends here when they’re in town. I’ve had multiple different masseuses and each one is a little different but always excellent. The price is unbeatable for the quality also.
