If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a veteran so I have been through quite a few bad moves but this company, which was not a military lowest bid situation, was one of the worst experiences ever. Not only did one of the mover's insult us by being overheard complaining about us being hoarders, which I assure you we are not, but only 1 of the whole group acted like they were actually taking care of our stuff. If they could find a way to bend, scratch or break it, they did. Our previous house was damaged enough that there were financial implications that occurred after closing. There were several promises to go and make repairs. Honestly if even half of that had come true I might have been more hesitant about writing this review. We have almost unpacked all of our stuff now and there are expensive tools missing and with half the crew just leaving in the middle of the job there is no telling who took what. On top of all the other craziness my whole family had to help monitor as they were taking things apart because they would simply drop screws and brackets on the ground and not come back for them. We still have things we can't fully put back together because of all the miscellaneous hardware that my family members picked up after things were packed on the truck. It was several (almost 12) grueling hours of trying to get them to do things right and not damage the house or the furniture and we still did not succeed on any of those accounts, they outnumbered us. They pulled cabinets off the walls that were not supposed to be removed because we were not watching that room as an example. An expensive TV was messed up, a super expensive kitchen table was scratched bad enough that it needs to be completely restored, and expensive king size headboard and frames wont go back together correctly now. They crushed several boxes by stacking them incorrectly and the contents were either damaged or destroyed. This is just a few of things but the amount of damage they did far exceeded the cost of the move. DON'T use them unless you are prepared to replace a lot of your stuff. Do not pay them until you have confirmed all your stuff is there, put together, not damaged and working. I really thought the owner was an honorable man but he has proved me a bad judge of character.

This company came highly recommended. They were friendly and accommodating. I scheduled my move for a 1pm start time. It was never discussed that this was more of a time frame and not an actually start time. I take off work and make sure I’m at my apt before movers arrive at 1. No one shows. I have to call them to ensure they are on the way. I was told my movers are at the first move (which is taking more time than anticipated) and they will head to me after. Andy confirms with me that they will be there that day. I wait and wait. I call again at 3:30 and Andy says the team is still working but again confirms. By 5:30, Andy tells me they will come regardless of time just for my moving team to call and say they can’t come because they are tired. Which is understandable. What is frustrating is I needed to move, I was told 1 and I waited ALL day just to be told one thing and then for nothing to happen. This was ridiculous. Communication was very poor. Awful experience.

1source really saved me a couple of months back, my pipes burst and my duplex flooded with water and my ceiling came down when we had the really bad weather, I had to move immediately so my landlord could come in and start fixing my place and I literally had 1 day to move, I called 1source and Andy immediately fit me in even at the last minute when he was already booked for the day, later in the evening 2 amazing movers came and packed all my stuff that was not damaged and even took out all my trash for me with out asking and where very professional and kind which helped out a lot with my stress. I just called 1source just recently to move me and my kids back into my home and once again he moved me at the last minute with no questions asked, his workers where very professional, kind and help me throw out my trash, I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future if I ever move again thank you Andy Will and Mike

My moving experience with 1Source Moving was wonderful! I had a pretty rough moving weekend where our plan A was foiled due to an injury, and then our Plan B was a moving company that had to cancel because of a COVID concern. I was so worried but Andy was so quick to respond and get me squeezed in last minute for the next day. I was so fortunate because the guys were so professional and respectful and were so quick. None of our items were damaged and they took care to wrap items that were fragile or susceptible to scratches. Two of them moved my two bed apartment in about 3 hours which was awesome. I'm definitely going to use them again in the future!

Calling Andy to get a quote for my local move was such a great decision. Right from the time he picked up the call to the time my last piece of furniture was placed in my new home, it was an absolute pleasure working with Andy and his team. They showed up on time, wasted no time on the move, were friendly and respectful all through. Andy and his team made our move completely stress free. Andy is an honest man who places customer service before anything else. I' can't recommend Andy and his team enough. Trust me, you can't go wrong with them!

Awesome move and amazing customer service! They are the very best and really care about their customers. I hired them earlier this month for a move and they were fast and friendly. The cherry on top was when they came to the rescue to help with a furniture delivery that kept being cancelled. Andy went above and beyond on a Sunday afternoon to get this accomplished the next day. Andy is a nice guy but one of his workers was keep repeating that they agreed for less money but doing more work. His attitude was like he was forced to do the work. I gave him 125$ tip but he was still not happy. I would not hire them again

Marianna was extremely helpful in the moving process and kept in great contact the entire time. Caleb and Rudy worked quickly, but efficiently, and took the time to make sure my items were properly taken care of. Would 100% use again!
