I called in advance and talked to someone who gave me information about the area. She was kind enough to help me locate which parking garage would be closest to the sights we wanted to visit on foot. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the area. Glad I called in advance! This garage was fairly easy to get into. Security cameras were prominently placed. Not too hard to find a parking space. They have elevators and well-lit walking areas. Felt safe enough. We paid about $10 for 3-hours. It was worth it. The only thing that we would advise is to make sure that you know the height of your rig. We have a fairly big 2500 diesel truck. There was just enough clearance to drive through. Parking spaces were average. We were able to fit okay.

For a parking garage, this was excellent. Simple ticket/arm set up. Convenient to the warehouse district, and probably a 15 minute walk to center of French Quarter. $30 for 12-24 hours of parking. Lost ticket fee, if you loose it, would be $60. I felt this was reasonable for a covered deck in the city. No issues with paying cash or credit. Yes it is automated, so no parking attendant person anywhere. Elevator worked, so easy to get to any of the 9(?) floors. Will use again when staying at the Cambria hotel across the street.

I typically don't leave reviews (especially not for parking garages), but every time I park here the experience is second to none. It's always well kept, and the staff there is happy to assist me and point me in the right direction when I am looking to visit a new spot. It's very convenient to only have to pay $35 for all day parking and I can come and go as needed. Most importantly, the security keeps it safe and it's central to all of the good eats I enjoy!

They were probably the worst. When you call the number given, some random person answers the call, who has no idea of what time they open; what they charge; how to dispute a wrong transaction. You are better off if you don’t call the number given. To top it off, I got charged twice for one time parking on my card. No number no hotline to help dispute the transaction. WORST!!

Reasonable rates but got robbed while at a show, luckily nothing of value in my car. The car parked next to mine also got robbed. The thief took their time too and went through everything in my car, hope they enjoyed the old receipts. Update: Was contacted by the manager for the garage and they have filed a police report and gotten in contact with me.

Whenever I need to head downtown I love to park at the 601 Tchoupitoulas garage. It’s an easy in and out experience with the convenience of a payment kiosk. It is perfectly center never numerous hotels, restaurants, and a short walk to the French Quarter!

It's clean, convenient to restaurants I wanted to visit. The added security made me feel safe and the employees are nice and were very helpful.

This garage was extremely clean, and because I was alone, I needed to park where I felt safe, this was the perfect location. Highly recommend.
