After reading all negative reviews here, I was paranoid about parking here so much so that I went to check on my car 3 times during the approx 20 hours I parked here. I was staying at the hotel next to this lot, so it made a lot of sense to park here. I guess that if you follow the rules of parking here, i.e. pay for the entire duration either early (reserve) or when you reach and extend before expiry, don't park in reserved areas (clearly marked as reserved), and don't double park etc - you should be good. I paid $25 for 12-24 hours on a weekday. Use the kiosk or PP website to pay. Other websites charge more like $36 or so. Be sure to key in the correct plate details or they will boot you. They are very serious about the rules. They do send email notifications when your time is about to expire so that you can extend if needed. I guess that those who get booted are mostly those people who don't pay attention to details.

This parking garage is ran like an extortion ring. It’s legal robbery. I mistakenly did not pay on arrival and a boot was put on my vehicle. I mistakenly assumed that like 99% of of other services I would pay after services were rendered. I had to pay $90 to have the boot removed. What is the reason that this garage is ran this way? Why not take a ticket upon arrival and pay when you leave like most other garages. I am a person who pays my bills. I had no intention of stealing parking! The reason this garage is ran like this is to extort money from innocent people who make the same mistake I did. No one is trying to park and get out of paying. Once the boot is put in your vehicle you basically have no other option! Avoid this garage!

This is a horrible place to park, way to expensive I paid 85.00 for 3 days. My car still got booted and had to pay $90.00 +$25.00 to get the boot off. Spent all of my morning talking to customer service....waste of time. My friends had paid for a week, premium said the car showed to be parked in a different state. They had to pay again.. Premium Parking said there was a form to fill out on line to try to settle the fees, I've yet to find one. I gave them one star only because this garage was next to our hotel. I was told $25.00 a day..but 3 days cost me $85.00. I looked for other parking, but all I found was owned by Premium that was near the hotel.

As a local who lives downtown I’ve had to go through plenty parking garages. By far this is the safest one for a woman. It is clean, there is sometimes/ mostly a valet guy downstairs. There are elevators & this place let’s off near canal area so you’re in the brink of the city. It is comforting now to park my car vs watching my back & going down a gazillion stairs/having Access issues. This parking garage is accessible by ur license plate making everything SO MUCH easier and convenient. I wish it wasn’t so much for monthly parking. But i can’t say it’s not the best in the city that I’ve come across

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Parked, followed directions on texting for best rates and link wouldn’t work. Called help line and was on hold for little over 12 minutes. The person “helping me” could give zero craps and was very rude on phone he said I’ll send u new link. Tried again on the same thing I already had and still didn’t work. Ended up getting a boot on my car in the meantime and finally had to pay for removal.Park somewhere else

The parking garage seems very safe. It wasn't to crowded at night when we arrived and they had security officers patrolling at all times. The payment process isn't very clear and alot of people had boots on their cars...so be sure to pay online before u leave your car here! When we left tho, our cargo bag on our tow hitch smelled so bad of urine...

This place for parking is horrible.don’t park here. Me and 22 other cars were broken into. They smashed my car window. Guess what? Security was directly next to where my car was parked. Maybe an inside job but avoid parking here or your car will be broken into or booted. Security is useless

Parked without issue. Did not see anyone booted. Paid in advance thru app, as all parking has gone to apps. Got an email with receipt immediately, and app showed time, etc. Knocked off one star just because it is a bit dingy, but really, it is a parking deck, so about what is expected.

You can register your car with them, give your credit card, phone number, doesnt matter: forget to renew in time and you are over $100 in the hole and with a boot on your wheel, horrible people.

Very spacious clean and well lighted parking spaces could be a little wider but other than that it's good place for parking plus paying is made easy through texting and obtaining the app.

After being parked here for 3 days and paying $90, we were 10 minutes late and got a tire lock with a $120 fee! Expensive 10 mins... but our car was safe and untouched.

The parking place is pretty good, but hate the enforcement company they use. Admiral is the reason I am no longer a contract parker at this location.

Safe Parking spot with security and next to hotels. Just make sure to pay on time…you get a text notification when it have 15 minutes left

This place is a rip-off. I had 6 hours remaining on my parking and I got a boot on my car. Had to pay $50 to have it removed. Scam artists

this garage is trap! run away. Multiple theft incidents inside the garage. Also, they charge you extra $$$ randomly and based on events.

It was relatively cheap and the guy watching over the cars were friendly. Our car was not smashed, damaged or disturbed in any way.

They do an excellent job of introducing auto parking to the internet. Reserve space, pay etc all from a phone app.

The attendant was rude and when I had an issue refused to call a manager. I won't be using this garage again.

Horrible don't use they will boot you fir no reason and then you have to wait hours for them to fix it.

Payed for parking. Vehicle was booted anyway. Will never give them my money again
