Very unprofessional and will overcharge by $$$$ so keep a record of your transaction/proof of payment. I parked here for like 2 hours on July 8. It’s Sept 23rd and I got a $100.25 bill in mail yesterday with a due date Sept 23rd. Luckily, I have proof of payment which was only $5.99. And the app is garbage, why require a customer to use your app when inside of the garage, there’s no signal.
Horrible. Their app does not work and then they send a bill for parking plus service fee. Charge for parking. Minimum $100 Support is no help. They will just deny it’s their problem.
Great parking garage. But $42 for 5 hours. Nah.
