i thought they did a good job in a slipping market we sold our house in 3 weeks to a cash buyer if we waited round i feel we would not have acheived a good price. the fact that it was lowest commission was great because we worked out other real-estate agents charge about 3% in commission so if we sold our house with one of those after paying that amount of comission you would end up with same amout . so worth lowest comission if you do the numbers i would recommend lowest comission gets the job done without the stress of selling the house yourself. and professionally
