I wanted to park near the sights at old Quebec City, and came across this great sheltered parking garage. The garage entrance (marked as "Chauveau") is near the intersection of Cote de la Frabique and Rue Pierre Oliver Chauveau (on the western side of Rue Pierre Oliver Chauveau). The charge is by time spent parking, with a stated maximum of Cdn$18 for one day. I parked for about 6.5 hours and was charged Cdn$12, so it looks like it is Cdn$2 per hour. You pick up a ticket before getting inside. It looks very new inside, and the lots seem wider than at older garages. Being parked underground means we avoid weather issues like rain or hot sun. There is an exit side door for people to use near where vehicles enter the garage. Alternatively, follow the green "Sortie" or exit signs for pedestrians. The garage is well-lighted, and with ample signage (though only in French). Each section in the garage is marked with letters and numbers to help you remember where you are parked. When it is time to leave, we follow the black "Sortie" or exit signs for cars. The exit is located 3 levels up, so you may need drive around a bit to get to there. At the exit point, you scan your ticket, and you can pay by touch credit card. The garage exit is located near the intersection of Rue Pierre Oliver Chauveau and Rue Cook/Rue Saint Anne. The garage exit ramp climbs up fairly steeply, so careful driving is needed as pedestrians walking across the sidewalk are not easily visible. If you are trying to get to Rue Cook from there, you will need to turn right almost immediately after exiting.

Great parking spot near Quebec city attractions. Reasonable prices, felt safe and secure. Easy to get lost in this parking garage, make sure you clearly note where you've parked. To get in and out look for a green button near the door you drive in and out of.

We parked here a couple times over the course of our trip and it always felt secure and like the right move. Great location for seeing the area, just wear comfortable footwear, the incline will kill your feet otherwise :)

Small and lot of spots inside, but it was very expensive considering that there are free parking spots around. They charged me $20 for 5 hours.

Only $20! Felt safe and secure! Would definitely recommend especially with how hard parking is in Québec City!

Park for 3 hrs only around $11+ , a lot of space and felt safe, not only that very near to all tourist places
