After my workout at Trinity Trails I made a quick stop into 7th and Summit. Making a purchase of a small iced coffee and two BelVita bars. Giving the young Hispanic woman $20 (the only bill I had in wallet) for the less than $4 total. She handed me my change that I put in wallet and left. Later stopping to make a purchase and getting change out I notice the 7eleven clerk only gave me two fives and change instead of three. When calling back to the store Amoud, manager stated he would have to count register and call me back. The next day I called and spoke to Amoud that stated he hadn't did a count yet and asked for my information again. Not that five dollars is going to break me but the principal, courtesy and standard of the way this business deals with customers issues isn't satisfactory at all. *Smh* **CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF CORRECT CHANGE BACK... **CLERKS NEED TO COUNT BACK CHANGE.. UPDATE: Received message from Amoud stating he did register count and found my money. Waited this long for 7eleven to do the right thing. Wonder if anyone else has been short changed for their profit. Smh

Convenience store at best but the food here if you try the wings you'll know what I'm saying , I asked the guy who works there *a matured short man* looked like he runs the property but I asked if the wings were fresh he assured me they were. But the taste of them weren't exactly fresh, tasted like chewing on rubber as if there was nothing but fat. The service there is pretty regular like you would any other store. But I wish I didn't waste money over a bargain on something that I'm eating while I'm at work, no telling when those wings expired or what but this makes me rethink eating from convience stores this 7 eleven is close to me when I havent ate breakfast or let alone the whole day because my job gets busy just start being more aware of your food preparation...no hot wings should taste like left over fat or a mouth full of rubber bands ijs...

Walked in at roughly midnight and headed to the bathroom which I found blocked off by a shopping cart and caution tape I stood there about 5 seconds puzzled asked why it was blocked and was told the bathroom was "out of order" when a female attendant walked out the womans bathroom door, looked me in the eye and said "what are you looking at" i promptly turned to leave as the only courdious male at the register asked me how I was. I told him not well I was trying to use the bathroom when the female attendant from the stall interrupted and said "they wernt buying anything" I interjected that I would if they were operating as normal and walked out....

stopped here earlier today to get an ice cream. cashier had an attitude because there was a line and none of her coworkers would help her out with her line. but kept asking her what's wrong. I stopped here to get gas and use the restroom. after paying for gas. I went in and the door to the woman's restroom was locked so I waited 10 minutes. knocked again, is there someone in here? a man answers. so when one of the cashier's asks me what's wrong I say, there's a man in the woman's restroom. and I need to go. she knocks on the door says yes there is. she does nothing else. so I bought gas and have to drive somewhere else to use the restroom. ???

Don’t go here at night. This place is sketchy. Tonight I got harassed inside the store while with my father and girlfriend on the way home from dinner because I didn’t buy a swisher for this guy who randomly asked me to. Then when I got my girlfriends ecig pods he was yea buy me some of those too. I kept ignoring him and he didn’t like that. Ended up telling me I better remember who runs the show… it was threatening as heck not chill man. I’ll never go back here I always get bad vibes from people slandering around the entrance and tonight was the final straw. I suggest this place cracks down the sketchiness.

I'll stop at this location about 2 to 3 times a week to get gas and breakfast in the morning. They never greet you or say good morning or how are you doing. When you walk up to the register there always counting down there drawer and look at you like you're bothering them. The guy Melvin that works the front counter is very rude and has no personality. Looks like he hates his job. Don't be mad at the customers Melvin cuz you work at 7-Eleven. Over all this store is a good location just that the people that work there are very rude and unprofessional and make you feel unwelcome when you walk in the door.

If you don't have any coffee at 9am don't just say "sorry sir". Stop watching videos on your phone and go make some more coffee. Also don't charge people more for a small coffee than a large when they can't buy a large CAUSE YOU'RE OUT OF COFFEE ‍♂️ Edit: I already wrote the complaint down on this site, going to another site to write it down again is actually IN-convenient. You're supposed to be a convenience store, right?

Check-out employees are rude. After paying for my merchandise I immediately asked, "Could I get a small bag, Please." The check-out attendant then stated chatting with her other attendant. I asked again, "Could I get a small bag, Please." Which got me the response (in a sarcastic and demeaning tone), "I head you the first time, you don't have to keep asking... here you go, here is the bag."

Very Upset was In there for a few drinks and snacks then I headed to the register so one of the cashiers the Black African American lady looked at me and said what ur ready I replied yes ma’am she didn’t look and sound friendly at all. How rude of her someone should teach her friendly customer service apparently she doesn’t know that she should be more respectful to customers!

This location is very convenient considering there are very few filling stations in the central Fort Worth area. However, use extreme caution when using the approach on 7th street. If your vehicle has a low wheel base you can severely damage your skid plate and rocker panels. Other than that it's a decent price to stop for fuel and other convenience items.

I live down the street and go to this gas station all the time, at all different hours of the night and day. I’ve never written a review about a gas station before, and wouldn’t normally think to, but I just wanted to leave one to say that this gas station has some of the friendliest employees. Really good people who often greet you as soon as you walk in.

I went to the 7 11 on Montgomery and I 30 in fort worth tx. It was disgustingly dirty. The slurpee machine did not work, nor did the diet coke fountain drink machine. Then when I go up to pay, the cashier could not give me correct change, so I ended up paying more. She did not have change. All of these are unacceptable.

Made a pitstop here, thinking that I would top off my tank and use the restroom. But the restroom is closed. They said they close it at 12 AM even though the store is open 24 hours. So they will gladly take your money, but they don’t allow you to use all the services that they provide.

Not usually one to write an online review for a gas station, but wanted to give the people who work there a shout out. They go out of their way to be helpful and keep the store a safe environment. Even had an employee come out to jump my car for me when there were no customers to ask.

Said couldn’t make pizza because oven was “off”… well turn it out on and make the pizza. Ive been to several 7elvens the will make pizza at 2am… it wasn’t broken it was “off”. It’s always off till you make that pizza.

Apparently they don't sell pizza slices anymore. I was told that you have to buy a whole pizza. Went to get a hot dog but there are no buns. I'll never go back. What shame. I've been coming here for 6 years.

Your manager, or shift leader or whatever, is awful at her job. As I stand here there is 9 people in line and that "manager" is letting one poor person ring everyone out. Count the tray later.

The owners don't maintain this property. Something's always broken whether it's the coolers or the gas pumps or the cash registers. Go somewhere else don't waste your time here

I bought gas at this location yesterday and this is what my car is saying today. Now I have to go to dealership and PAY to see what’s wrong !!! Never again will I go here

Dont go thinking its going to be a quick in and out in the morning.. Ths store is the worst. Gas up if needed and find a QT/RaceTrac.

The clerks are running scams, double charging for items and denying it when called out! Don't go here they're a bunch thieves!

This place was dirty. The staff was rude as hell to this other customer. I thought they were quick to put judgement on him.

This place is hood! But they had the snacks I needed. If your afraid to venture to ghetto spots I would stay away.

This is a good location for a convenience, gas but very crowded , gas prices are higher, hard to get in and out.
