I visit this location off kernan and atlantic regularly between 730pm and 800pm. I grab my 2 slices of " bad" pizza (guilty pleasure) and a fountain drink for 3-4 times a week. Typically on day when work just had you not want to cook. Everytime I've paid $1 for 2 slices and $.74 for the drink and the staff is typically friendly even if a little reluctant to clean the restroom. For whatever reason tonight some young woman Ive never seen before is working and when I came in she was giving another customer grief to the point where he wanted the owner or corporate# to complain. As I go to check out my $2 quick stop jumps to much more even though I'm a rewards member and they clearly advertise 2 slice for a dollar. For starters they decide they weren't making Any more and only want to sell whole pies which fine sure but they only had on slice left and thing well $.50 cents right and it's almost $2 for the single. So I asked what happened. After spending five mins trying to convince me it's tad the woman giving the previous customer greif comes out and also tries to convince it's just sales tax and after show see aing her how that isnt possible she tells me that it's past the time of the sale even though there is no specific time shown on the advertised price and honestly it's no big deal except the for the attitude I got the entire time in there just to be told pay it or get or in slightly nicer words. Because I asked questions trying to understand the change in cost

11/23/2023 I come into this location on a daily basis if not multiple times today. Maria and Justin who worked Thanksgiving night are two of the best 7-Eleven crew members I run into ob a regular basis. They never fail to but anything but professional and on a night anyone would be frustrated to be stuck at work they two individuals not only greeted me like an old friend, wished me a happy holidays with a smile but proceeded to spend the next 15 mins helping me with an order I placed on the 7/11 app to make sure I had everything I needed and when the coupon I want Ed to use wouldn't originally work at first, figured out what the problem was and got it to apply to my order. These two are why I continue to come back as often as I do!

Their coffee station is the best I’ve seen thus far! I love going to 7 eleven stores for their coffee, and I will go out of my way just for that! My favorite is the new machine they have where coffee beans are freshly grinned and brewed. Although there are other places like Wawa or Bucees, who usually have more options for creamers and “fixings” to dress up the coffee, the taste of 7-Eleven brewed coffee far exceeds their competitors. Besides that, this particular store has THE BEST variety of options, set-up, cleanliness, and their staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m not vegan, but they even have oat milk creamer for crying out loud!! Whoever thought of this set-up and variety for creamers is a genius! Love it!

Met what was told to be the GM of the location "kevin" i drive out of my way to go to 7-eleven everyday simply for the customer service and the good deals on food but after this experience knowing 7 eleven would promote someone this disrespectful to their customers i will never return to this location speedway is much closer with as good of deals. People like "kevin" i believe are the reason we dont have as many 7 elevens in my area as we use to.

I was just outside scratching lottery tickets and got ran off the property by the night time lady said I was loitering I was about to go in and spend more money and buy more tickets along with more gas I will not be shopping there no more what a horrible person would not listen to me that I was about to come back in do not go here this is a horrible lady they should get rid of her short blonde haired lady

Love the Staff, the cleanliness, the Coffee and their prices. Wait time is a minimum even if there’s a line. Sandi is a sweetheart m, all the staff are great usually . They are hard working employees who work very hard to make this a great store for the community, it’s also has a well lit parking lot at night with non stop foot traffic so I always feel safe whatever time I visit.

I have recently started working right down the road from this 7-Eleven I’ve been coming in every day for my coffee and lottery the ladies are always quick to greet me with a cheerful hello the coffee is always fresh and hot they make my morning a lot better every time I come in these ladies are awesome I will highly recommend anyone stop here coming through this side of town

Very disappointed after ordering on multiple occasions that the last two times through Uber Eats, half of my order is canceled and I'm never notified as to why. I have to find out from Uber that you are out of items that are still showing up on the store front page. Please do better and train your staff to 86 an item on your Uber pads if out of stock.

My work late nights and early mornings have now incorporated this store in my routine. Can’t say enough good things about Chris, Maria & the gang there. Very personable and engaged with me & every customer to where they know what I am getting every time. Store is always clean and presentable and make my visit unique and pleasant every time!

Great place for a quick and convenient stop. Gasoline and Slurpees stand out in my mind, but I learned recently that they make hot pizzas for $5, and it only takes about 3 minutes to get it fresh from the oven! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the snack choices cover almost every thing you could think about. Ice is $3 a bag.

This is a nice store. kind of hard to get in and out of traffic is always a nightmare .I did find that the prices on stuff such as the green tea anywhere else is $0.99. Here it is a dollar thirty-nine , which I find kind of greedy , taking advantage of the students from the school across the street.

Great store and the owner is a good guy. Always fast in/out and usually a cheap price on gas too. Plenty of hot food selections and sandwiches & snacks. Always friendly and that’s why I stop there a few times a week. Love my 7-11’s.

I stop by today and the young guy working at the counter was very unhelpful to everyone in front of me and including me. This is the one at Kernan and Atlantic in Jacksonville. Would not recommend stopping there to anyone.

Good customer service but their peanuts I use to eat all the time but after today I am retiring from peanuts their was some type of bug in my peanut and I’m overly disgusted

7/11 has been a great spot for me to fill up before early golf rounds. The staff are always friendly, and they have helped out when I’ve had questions. Would recommend!

Quick in and out fill up. Well lit at night and parking lot is kept clean. Clerks inside are friendly also. Easy entrances and exits and very conveniently located.

I think Kevin is a lucky man to have employees like Liz,Niki, Justin, and hannah!! Seems like them ⁴ know more than Mary herself. Should rethink positions there,

Gas pumps are the worst in Jacksonville. Never pump and are always out of gas. Takes 15 mins to get a full tank. Has happened multiple times!

Air and vacuum machine steals money and barely give any air and it takes away more air than it gives. Stop robbing people!!!!

It was fine but the food is way too expensive for what you get, all the soda in the machine was flat and flavorless

The air machine is broken but they don't put any sign. You have to put $1 before you find out that it doesn't work.

Always make an effort to please every client and tries everyday in checking out clients as a fast pace.
