DO NOT BUY ETS TICKETS FROM THIS STORE ; THEY SELL SHORT EXPIRY ONES...Manager is not at all good...Not customer- friendly at all. First off, they will give you short expiry ETS tickets, and when you will go back to return or exchange them, they will make excuses and ask you to go to another store and try to return. 3 times i went to the store and did 1 phone call. The manager told me she would take it back and come at 7 am and i was there this morning and she refused to take it back. Even other employee told her to take it back but she didn't listen to her as well.

First of all i had to wait on the counter even when there was no other customer however there were 2 ladies just messing around and didn’t even pay attention i was there!!!! Sales are important but at least learn to acknowledge whosoever is waiting. I also work at a retailer and I understand sometimes our hands are tied and cannot approach the customer but still we can at least tell them “give me one second” because customer service is the first priority of any vendor...young boys are good anyway but still those ladies in the morning are horrible

I recently visited this 7-Eleven location and had a very unpleasant experience. The staff member, an older lady, was incredibly rude and didn't seem to know how to interact with customers in a respectful manner. As a result, I will not be returning to this store and would advise others to consider this before choosing to visit. Hopefully, management addresses this issue to prevent further negative experiences for other customers

Surprisingly dirty. Suppose I should lower the standards I had come to expect from 7-11. Please clean the coffee area and washroom (especially the safety bar in the washroom - filthy!). Edit: To the person who replied: I doubt your sincerity. 4 years ago this store was actually pretty sweet. It just keeps going downhill. Need to hire better staff or more staff or pay them a wage that entices them to do the extra step.

Blantent theft. 4 pack of energy drinks, $1.60 in bottle deposit and it should be $0.40. Most deals don't input currently into the till either to further rob the clients. Edit: You want more details on how your bottle deposit on the 4 pack of Monsters is coming out to $1.60 instead of $0.40? Also you link doesn't actually lead to a form that you can fill anything out in, so that isn't helping.

Rude. Talk in their own language and laugh together and look at you funny. And not a word of dialogue exchanged after my transaction. They never attempt to be friendly when when i am. Even a simple thank you is too much for them. I won't be back. Too much of the same experience in this ghetto establishment. Trust the low reviews. Go to petro next door.

The employees at this location are wonderful. The food is cooked fresh to order most of the time and they always ask if you'd like to have some. They also have a decent selection of medications (tylenol etc) and fresh foods. They clean the coffee/slurpee area frequently. There is a ScotiabankATM machine as well.

I went into their bathroom, place is nightmare, toilet dirty, floor sticky, sink isn't clean (full of calcium residue). Someone had poo and made mess on the toilet (looks dry so staff didn't wash it for long time). Told the Indian lady staff, she just said okay and kept doing her cashier work

This location was my everyday store to get my gas and my tickets but i will never go at this location again because of the old lady at night shift. She doesnt know how to deal with the costumers she needs better training for costumer service. Its better to go to Petro-Canada next door.

Service is fine. The slurpee machine is constantly not working and I mean slurpees are all runny ! It's 711 they're known for good slurpees so maybe ensure the machine is clean and in good working condition..have had to walk out multiple times in the past few weeks because of this

Do not go there if you have a low car. Your undercarriage will get smashed and you will be left to fix your damages. It is surprising that other people have also commented about it, some comments are even 2-3 years old. Management has done nothing about it. Very bad!

711 on 3407 43 ave sorry but they not much to eat at the food stand to order it a wasted of time if you going over their to eat if you got coupon they useless since they not much to eat over their this is disrespectful for 7 Eleven Customer

Good product selection, but really poor customer service. A five minute walk from our house has kept us coming back for longer than we should have... We have decided enough rude experiences and will not be going back anymore.

There's a massive raised part in the driving area in front passed the pumps, that my car bottomed out on (Not a particularly low car) This caused over 1000$ damages... BE CAREFUL IF DRIVING HERE SINCE IT IS A BIG RISK

Slurpee machine had 3 or 4 flavours available, the rest were out of service. Area was disgusting, trays were full of Slurpee and floors and countertops were sticky. Awful experience, won't be coming here again.

Never wrote a review before,but after going to this 711 . Do not support this location .horrible service and sold my kid raw chicken still frozen in the middle and never got my money back.

A pretty standard 7/11. Was everything I needed on my stop though. Picked up a phone charger, some drinks, gasoline, and used the restroom. Good stop on your way out of the city …

Like most other 7-11 but I find SOME staff here rude. Perhaps a bad day but unprofessional me at times. The usual options at 7 11 no product complaints.

Need to return an item but they don't want to accept, I had a receipt which I showed to sales lady but she still insists...Don't like their service.

Filthy place the most disgusting washroom also garbage in the parking lot!!!! How sanitary is the food prep I'm guessing not.....

Generally find that I get good service. Every single time I’ve asked for wings they have offered to cook fresh items.
