Can I just say how refreshing that the world has one great car dealer. I purchase a car from Anthony today. I made an initial online inquiry asking for information and he got in contact with me within the hour. Very friendly, not pushy at all, and I soon arranged an appointment to look at a car. When I arrived, he was very forthcoming with information, once again not pushy which I normally find from a lot of sales people. Anthony was just honest with no big sales talk, no BS, just said it like it was and I really appreciated that. I brought a car to trade in as well and once again he was very honest. Didn't beat around the bush but just said it like it was and gave me a fair price for the trade in. At no stage did I feel uncomfortable with how he presented himself and the car he showed me was everything as described so I decided to purchase the car. Once we shook hands, he proceeded with all the paperwork. Firstly he provided a full car history report which he would have had to pay for at $37. This confirmed the car had no accidents, no outstanding finance, not a written off vehicle etc. He then presented documents to sign and explained warranty options that came with the car. It was very reassuring and while I know there's nothing wrong with the car, I also have a feeling if there was he would not hesitate to fix it out of his own pocket if it was rightfully broken prior to purchase. Once we finished all the paperwork, he explained the remaining process of transferring the car over into my name and it was done. I was in and out in 30mins I think. Easy and simple transaction from an honest, good family run small business.

I recently had one of the best customer service experiences with 888Auto so I thought it only fair to share! I really don't know a whole lot about cars or have enough connections in the area yet to know who to ask about cars until I found Anthony at 888Auto! I have been driving an old banger around for a while and I wanted something respectable that I could go to business meetings in within a pretty tight budget! My old car ran out of rego shortly after I approached Anthony and to save me stressing out about having to try and get public transport everywhere and so he didn't have make rushed decisions when looking for my car, he lent me one, for free! He was always on the end of the phone if I had any questions (even from the golf course in Tasmania) and he found me a fab car! I am now driving around in a 2013 Ford Focus that only had 17,000 miles on the clock! I am no longer stressing that my car is going to break down on me like the old one did because Anthony checked everything over for me and even linked my phone to the car! (I'm not so great with technology either!) He couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating and found me a great car at a great price. I would happily recommend him to anyone!

Anthony assisted me greatly during a stressful time. After my car was written off in an accident, I found myself needing to buy a new one urgently but with very little time to do so due to my work life. Anthony arranged for me to have a loan car in the mean time so I wasn't pressured to buy anything in a hurry that would be too expensive or a wrong fit for me. We talked on the phone and met in person to work out what my ideal car was and he never pressured me into a model I genuinely didn't want. He offered his opinion when it was needed but also listened to what I wanted. He got me a great car at the price I wanted over 6 months ago and I still love what I'm driving today.
