I live in Muncie and I ordered the wrong coat size and we called castleton mall telling them to hold a coat for me with the right size. I drive there and they never held the coat!!!!! Wasted my time and gas for nothing. The employees were disrespectful when I spoke to them in person. Awful store and employees.

people there are awesome and you can tell they actually kinda care about you which is weird and totally unexpected. But I'll be honest, the clothes are awful. I bought 3 pairs of jeans and each pair literally fell apart.
