TERRIBLE! I was here at 1 PM without an appointment to wait for a haircut. I waited till 2:10 PM and was told that 6 people all booked at 2PM at the same time and that they were put infront of me and pushed me to the back of the line. I didn't know you can book an appointment on the second day of reopening for step 2. Then there was a family that booked for 1 haircut that brought in her daughter, their cousin, and their sister later for 1 slot and it was allowed... This is the worst managed hair salon I have been to and would never go here for a haircut. Not only did they make me waste time but didn't act professional at all. Kept telling me it would be 30 mins wait when they just let 6 infront of me. Really, that would take 30 mins? Truly disappointed...

Overall experience has been great. Price is acceptable for the service. I would recommend people who has a good grasp of the hair style they are looking for before coming to this place. It’s just a place with people who wants to make a honest living. Working hard. They might not have the trendiest looks or most updated hairstyle techniques, but they make it up with personal care. So if you are looking for a simple haircut, or you know w exactly what you want and what would look good on you, then look no further this is the place. But if you don’t know what you want and hoping they could “surprise” you. You might be in for a different kind of surprise. Overall is great experience here!

06/05 Update: time passes so quickly and it's already 7 months since I came first time, and I have come here for hair cut always! Great place to go for your next hair cut for sure! ========================= It's really a great experience I had yesterday, weather it's a haircut or hair wash, their service are so nice. I would definitely go back to their place for my future haircut.

I have done my hair straightening.... Their service is very bad and after washing the hair I still have my curly hair. The lady who was Ironing my hair, I told her that she didn’t iron properly and I also showed her those hairs, she kept on denying and started saying something in her own language which I felt saying anything bad about me. I am very upset about my hair.

Walked in for a haircut right after I went into the CC asian supermarket. Got the haircut right after places started opening up from the covid shut down. Everyone was professional and wore a mask. I felt super safe and came out with a really nice handsome haircut. I was faded correctly and even opt to perm my hair. I will be coming back.

I asked for large curls but the outcome really looks the opposite as what the photo guide I showed the stylist. She still charged me 200 dollars even if the outcome is not what I expected. Don't go here for straight perm

I got a straight perm over here. The staff provided excellent service and did so in a friendly manner. My family and I get our haircuts here. So, I would definitely recommend going here!

I have been to this salon two times and Irene is lovely. She does a very good cut and I am very pleased with my colour and highlites.

女头剪的巨烂，连标准水平都没，左右长短不一，前后也不一样，美其名曰是有层次感。洗头还把后背的衣服都洗湿了。超级生气，坐在椅子上欲哭无泪。。。我自己在家都比去那里剪的好
