Michael and his team did an excellent job on my roof. They replaced all the broken tiles with new ones; re-bed loose ridge cappings in new mortar; re-point ridge cappings with new flexible pointing; caulk ad seal the flashings; install valley clips and realign and cleaned gutters and down pipes. The entire job was carried out smoothly, efficiently and professionally. Michael and his team were knowledgeable; punctual; hardworking; well mannered; accommodating and responded to my queries and concerns straight away. Their workmanship is excellent and left the site very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone needing any kinds of roof repairs and improvements. A ceiling that indicated broken tiles and A1 Roofing was the only company who came to my help. Michael and Isaac found a broken tile probably caused by possum races, but also provided photographic evidence that repointing was needed to prevent further leaking, as well as repairing the waterproofing of the valleys. The urgent work was completed quickly, thoroughly and apparently well. The quote for the work did seem expensive, although I could not compare with other companies so I might be wrong and out-dated.
