"It is a bad place, I paid for 3"
"An ugly, pee soaked concrete parking garage in the heart of historic Pioneer Square"
"It worked for us, but I was not impressed with this parking lot"
"Payment machine worked, parking spots are oddly shaped and crowded together, your car is fully visible and accessible to the public in one of the roughest areas in Seattle"
"My family and I thought it would be a perfect lot to park in for our night in Seattle, we wish that we would of taken a closer notice that not a single car was in this lot"
It is a bad place, I paid for 3.5 hours 50 dollars, I had a problem that delayed me 20 minutes from my payment coverage and they charged me another 49 dollars more, it is the most expensive parking that I have paid and worst of all, it is outdoors , it does not protect from the sun, nor the rain for the rate they put, if possible I do not give them a single star better I tell them no fences save your money later on the 1 st almost corner with cherry ave there are others that charge 30 for 12 hours Es un mal lugar, pague por 3.5 horas 50 dollars, tube un percanse que me retraso 20 min de mi covertura de pago y me cobraron otros 49 dollar mas es el parking mas caro que eh pagado y lo peor de todo que esta al aire libre, no protege del sol, ni la lluvia por la tarifa que ponen si es posible no les doy ni una sola estrella mejor les digo no vallas ahorra tu dinero mas adelante sobre la 1 st casi esquina con cherry ave hay otros que te cobran 30 por 12 horas
An ugly, pee soaked concrete parking garage in the heart of historic Pioneer Square. I honestly do not see what the appeal of this garage is to some people - I get it, it's triangular shape on a sloping street resembles a sinking ship. If you are curious what used to be on this site, look up Hotel Seattle which was erected after the great Seattle fire, but was then demolished in 1962 to make this monstrosity. It's only saving grace is that from the top of it, you can find the best place to view and photograph Smith Tower.
It worked for us, but I was not impressed with this parking lot. We were here during the day on a weekend. It’s unclear as to why, but the online (pay-by-phone) app charged 3x the price on the signage of the on-site payment machine (which was out of receipt paper). It's an unsecured, open-air lot. The parking spots are cramped. The signs are not clear. I am not surprised other customers had poor experiences. I wouldn’t want to leave my car here overnight.
Payment machine worked, parking spots are oddly shaped and crowded together, your car is fully visible and accessible to the public in one of the roughest areas in Seattle. I parked here for 3 hours in broad daylight, but I wouldn't recommend it at night. You need to remember your parking spot number to enter it in the payment machine. Unlike other garages, you don't have to go back to your car to put the receipt on the dash.
My family and I thought it would be a perfect lot to park in for our night in Seattle, we wish that we would of taken a closer notice that not a single car was in this lot... Our back window was broken roughly 6 hours of staying. The company cannot do anything to help, not even a refund on our poor, $30 stay that we haven't even finished yet. I wish it was better. Next time we will stay somewhere with that is more secure.*
This is a lame Parking Place there’s no attendant you get ticketed even if you pay this used to be the site of the greatest hotel Seattle has ever known but it was tore down and replaced with a parking structure sad really really sad there’s free parking down on the waterfront and on Sunday’s parking is free in Seattle anywhere!!
They manage our apartment parking garage system, but they have very bad management. I already paid for my monthly parking fee days ago, and they told me my fob is ready for pick up. However, I have checked three days in a roll with the concierge, everyday their representative told me it should be there, but never happened.
The evening of 8/18/17 my truck had a window smashed out and was completely ransacked. Fortunately I had nothing of significant value taken. However it should be noted that I was parked close to the enterence thinking it was a safe bet. Next time I would definetly park somewhere with a lot attendant.
Top floor is not secure and backs up into an alley. On 9/25, we parked here to go to a cooking class and come back to find our car was stolen and others in the garage had been broken into. It would have probably been better to park on one of the lower floors closer to 1st ave.
We parked there on a Monday afternoon to take the Bainbridge Ferry and the window was smashed and someone stole our luggage. No security or responsibility. They have a no liability notice posted. We were on the top outside deck in broad daylight.
$90 parking ticket for 'failure to pay' despite the slip being correctly displayed on my dash. If you don't pay it they trash your credit. Don't do business with ABM or they'll want to do more business with you.
For some reason on weekend evenings (after 4pm) the only option to park here is for 10 hours and costs $12... which makes no sense at all. Also the garage stinks of pee, you can barely breathe - it's disgusting!
Not secure in any way. Nasty, smelly and filled with glass from other cars shattered windows. Go around the corner and park in a secured parking without the urine smell and the homeless people living there.
Every time I go in here it's impossible to navigate, it smells like pee, and I'm afraid I'm going to be murdered. I do like it as a landmark though. Looks like a sinking ship in the middle of the city.
I hope somebody say somenthing I was yesterday under the parking and omg I cannot breath that too stink the smells is soo bad they pee everywhere that's no fear because we paid that's no for free..
This was just last night at the yakz show at trinity and I paid for parking but still got a ticket and my window was smashed and my backpack with my laptop was stolen. …
Scariest parkade I have ever been to. It smelled so badly of urine. It was very dark and just seemed incredibly unsafe. We got back in our vehicle and got out of there ASAP.
I can't comment on the parking or service but the structure is really cool. It has a unique triangular shape (called "Sinking Ship") located on a sloped street.
Don't park here unless you want to test your car's security system. It's almost as if it the owners encourage break-ins. It's also ugly as sin.
If you are from out of town, I recommend this parking lot on the surface during the day. Especially if you need to go to the courthouse.
If you want a broken window this is the place for you! Overpriced, unsecure parking. Definitely don't park here.
Absolutely awful, park anywhere but here. Terrible location awful parking attendants and really crowded.
Overpriced parking! Lots of cheaper parking in close proximity, so no reason to park here
Really sketchy after dark, old and cramped structure that smells like urine.
Criminally stupid use of urban space. Make it a plaza!
Parking machine always doesn’t work. Not safe place.
Reasonably priced for this part of town
ABM stands for A Bowel Movement garage
Good location for Pioneer Square.
OK. Did not feel all that secure
Convenient location, good price
