Résident a Bangkok, n’ayant pas trouvé de meubles de qualité pour mon appartement a un prix raisonnable, je me suis rendu début février a Hanoi, ou j’avais résidé pendant 4 ans, pour commander ce que je recherchai. J’ai passé commande des meubles recherchés à un fabricant et je devais me rendre 5 à 6 semaines plus tard à Hanoi pour réceptionner les meubles et les faire envoyer en Thaïlande. Début mars les frontières du Vietnam se sont fermées et je n’ai pas pu me rendre à Hanoi. J’ai été dirigé vers AGS qui s’est chargé d’aller chercher les meubles chez le fabricant des qu’ils ont été disponibles, j’ai pu vérifier par Skype et par des photos que ma commande était bien réalisé, les meubles ont été emportés et soigneusement empaquetés et envoyé par container avec un autre déménagement sur Bangkok des que cela a été possible. Ayant quitté la Thaïlande pour la France après l’ouverture du ciel début juillet et n’ayant pas pu y revenir a cause des règles imposées par la Thaïlande, AGS les délivré en mon absence a mon appartement début aout. La encore j’ai pu suivre par Skype la livraison des meubles, la sortie de leur emballage et leur parfait état. Je recommande vivement AGS, et en Particulier Eddy Azoulay, qui dans une situation très complexe m’a fourni un service complet de grande qualité.

AGS is a company which serves from the heart .. One of the finest relocation company me and my family have dealt with .. I used AGS in the last 6 months twice for my needs one for my own personal relocation ; second for my pet relocation ( Critical) . They are fair , competitive and service is excellent .. In the current time when things are tough AGS went out of the way to help my family with all our needs in timely manner ... The company gives you all the guidance in methodical manner which you have to follow through .. Khun Saifon , is a great asset to AGS who personally took ownership for all our requirements and made it happen on time in a safe manner for our family .. I have never seen any account manager like this .. We used AGS service to relocate from Israel to Thailand. The service on both sides was very professional and very empathic - such a move is disruptive and may turn very emotional... To start with the end - on the day the container's arrived to our new home, the local representative Thorn Surakul, came over with a bread and salt offering. This gesture brought tears to our eyes, reminding us of inauguration habits from our homeland. Beyond that, we would like to thank Thailand's AGS manager Eddy Azoulay for his attention and overwhelming support, Ofer from Globus (local representative in Israel) for his professionalism and pragmatics, Eran from the Globus packing team for helping us to do such move with confidence, Thorn for his availability, support and friendship, as well as all the others non mentioned AGS team members that were always there for us with a hand and a smile, that turned this move to the best moving experience we ever had.

They did an excellent job! I commend you for your help at the USA end of the move. You kept me informed about the movement of my goods and arranged the final delivery coordination. I also want to commend Khun Arun Singh for helping sort out all the little thing necessary for the Bangkok side of this international goods movement. And most especially,  I thank and strongly commend Khun Saifon for conducting the Bangkok initial interview, assessment visit,  contract completion,  and answering of a thousand questions I had in the process. I strongly recommend AGS to all who have to move their household goods overseas!!

Absolute shambles of a company! I used their service when moving my belongings from EU to Bangkok. They packed my stuff in Mid November!! 2022 and its 12th of January and I am still waiting for the container to be shipped to Thailand!!! 2 months to ship over a little container?? And no communication has happened to tell me that so at least I knew. I had to chase them every time and every time the end date has been pushed back by few weeks. We originally expected to receive our stuff by end of December and now we are looking at mid February 2023, are you kidding me? We packed our stuff for a reason, to USE IT when we are in Bangkok, we are now having to buy everything from scratch which defeats the purpose of bringing our stuff here right?

AGS was the perfect choice to move our stuff from Phuket to Singapore It all started with a simple online Google search , They were the fastest and reasonable with super comprehensive quote . We did a virtual call and they were helpful to determine all the requirements virtually . On the day of pickup the team was super professional , promot and excellent packing material The storage for 1 month was free and a hassle free custom clearance with unpacking was great . We even Requested them to come after 3 days so we can clear all the cardboard boxes and they were happy to do that . Overall I would give 100 for everything Cheers Lokesh Lalla

I'd like to say a massive thank you to the staff of AGS Thailand (Bangkok) for helping me with my move and storage. Clearly with Covid-19 effecting use all it has been a total nightmare with not being able to clear my former condo. I Googled AGS and immediately contacted Saifon Plengsunthie who was amazing! She handled all packaging and logistic of my belongings and did a great job, keeping posted from start to finish. I'd also like to thank her for going out of her way by helping me cancel True account and taking back the modem to the store I would highly recommend AGS and Saifon help to everyone.

I'm moving from Thailand to Portugal. I'm delighted with the service AGS International Mover Bangkok offered me up to now as I'm still in Thailand but will leave soon. I'd like to thank especially Miss Saifon and Miss Nuttha and the supervisor of the Packing Team, Mr Pichet. I also thank their colleague AGS Portugal, Antonio. I've always used International Mover AGS for their great professionalism, help, efficiency, on time and kindness. The AGS staff in both Thailand and Malaysia were efficient, helpful and always followed through at each step of the moving process. I had my things shipped from the US to Thailand, and my experience was a very positive one with AGS. My contacts in the US were always responsive and helpful. My AGS contact in Bangkok (Kesarin) was excellent. He answered every email I sent on the same day, and the estimates of delivery time were right on the mark. I would absolutely use AGS for another move, and I recommend them highly.

I shipped half a container of furniture from Thailand to England. The packing done in Thailand was really first class, nothing was broken, nothing was missing when it arrived and nothing was damaged from damp. It is a great advantage to use company that handles the shipment at both ends seamlessly. Personally I'd have no hesitation recommending these people to any prospective customer.

Had a very quick , responsive and highly efficient removal service with AGS: they got all our approvals quickly and the transit time was very short. In addition, their partner company in Sri Lanka were also amazingly good and efficient. Great experience all round!
