I would be very careful when moving out of Thailand into Australia using Asian tigers. Although the Thailand side of the relocation were handled somewhat in as acceptable manner, I honestly expected more care and consideration when moving the furniture out of the house since they causing lots of damages to the wooden floor and marks on walls and tiles, luckily the owner were going to do a full renovation on the house they did not bother making any claims on the damage but could have been a costly problem if otherwise. Further to this, the Packaging was not done up to standards as I had many items arriving damaged and I am still in the process of claiming for this, but by far the worst part of the whole process was their partner in Australia "Nuss" a sheer disappointment. The crew delivering the items were very careful and professional, no complains on this side, but the administrative office were an utterly disappointment, follow ups have no commitment or dates expectation, barely polite to be honest and showed zero commitment to support our needs. I had no updates from their side since the items arrived on port for nearly a month earlier despite me chasing them until they called me one day at 3:30PM to attempt to make the delivery on the following day, which clearly was not suitable. When the delivery was finally organised they failed to organise the handyman to assemble the furniture causing further delays, when the handyman arrived he was ALONE, meaning he only managed to assemble 1 bunk bed and the dining table, I also had to help for logical reasons and I had to reassemble the rest of the furniture myself. Lastly I am still chasing their partner in Australia “Nuss” to come collect the towering pile of packing material and cardboard boxes they left behind, again despite me following up with them still no collection dates. I strongly advising anyone moving out of Thailand to review them very careful and consider other options.

The Asian Tigers team was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end with all of my moves. Because the UAB and HHE moves from Australia to Bangkok went smoothly, I used them again a few months later for a large UAB move from the USA to Bangkok. They were honest and fair upfront regarding costs/fees they cannot control and scheduling issues due to weather/customs/airlines that they cannot control. Yet, everything still arrived within reasonable time and within the given fee estimate range. Everyone was polite and professional, active in their correspondence and action in asking for replies for my emails and providing accurate information regarding what I need to do for customs and immigration, insurance, etc. The movers were also all friendly, on-time, professional, and very careful with my items - every time, everyone was nice. If it weren't for the Asian Tigers team, my moves would have been a nightmare, as their international partners (which unfortunately I was not able to select) were unresponsive to emails and phone calls, didn't answer questions, or were completely unhelpful in providing any relevant information, such as the total weight of my items, the current location of my items, or the ETA of my items. The Asian Tigers team stayed on top of all the correspondence almost daily and followed-up with emails directly to the international partners for me, which was quite helpful and alleviated my frustration as I was traveling the entire 5 months my moves were on-going. I will definitely use them again for my next move from Bangkok, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth, professional, hassle-free moving experience. I have lived in over 15 countries and moved many times, and they are by far the best company I have ever worked with on a domestic or international move.

From quotation stage with Raphael through to the packing team led by Khun Natthapat doing their thing at the house To be fair, the wife and I did a lot of preparation work for the team, so it made it easier for them on the day, but the level of care that the team took for all of our household belongings was absolutely fantastic, even individually wrapping Christmas decorations (until I told them there was no need) The whole team was well presented in company uniform, very polite and super efficient Packing and wrapping standards were high, and attention to detail excellent too Quote value wasn't necessarily the cheapest, but quality of service and value for money was the selection criteria we used, and these guys came out on top for me. And considering I'm an Executive in global supply chain Logistics, I think that's decent kudos to Asian Tigers for just how good this business is. Thanks to the team who came to the house (K. I was very pleased with my experience of international relocation with Asian Tigers Thailand. We contracted for a door to door move from Columbus, Ohio in the United States to Hat Yai, Thailand. The end-to-end moving process took only 4 hours (which included pack, move and repack). In terms of cost and service, we compared a few local movers with Asian Tigers. I used Asian Tigers UK and Japan... not a single problem. Here in Thailand, they actually just *stored* my things. Items lost. Items broken. Guess what their insurance policy is? "US$ 0.60 per article per pound" - Absolute joke. DO NOT USE, you will regret it. Completely unprofessional packing. Put item in too small of a box, and it broke. Have original receipt for 247 UK pounds. Nope, 60 cents by weight - designer polyurethane and fabric furniture. Again, DO NOT USE.

Had a great removal. I moved to a country location and the team found my exact location without additional directions required. The driver negotiated a tricky long driveway (in reverse) without batting an eyelid. The team unpacking were polite, quick but thorough and were done much faster than in expected.

Items packed very securely. they arrived at the destination 2 months later and unfortunately due to the covid and brexit issues I had to pay extra, twice, but those things are outside of the company's control. still a little unpleasant, but hey, the company is recommended. thanks
