After having a member of the Airlisting team attend our property for a valuation appraisal on Tuesday, we still have not received the appraisal (which we were promised by the following day), nor have we had so much as a follow up call, email or text, and it is now 3 days later. Some other notable points: - The agent had little to no knowledge of our local area, so had clearly taken no time to familiarise herself prior to attending. - We felt that very little attention was paid while she was viewing our property - We even had to draw her attention to details that she'd very clearly missed, which other agents had said were premium qualities that set us apart from our competition (sounds like they're the kind of things you want to pay attention to to me). She was more interested in trying to push a staging package on us, asking not once, but twice, if we'd like to schedule a time in with the staging agent.... uhhhh, no, you haven't even told us what you think our property could sell for yet. We explained that we actually own a furniture business, so will ensure it is beautifully staged by our interior designer when it's ready to go to market, she said that the staging company will use things like premium bed linen and may even be able to use some of our furniture instead of having to rent theirs which will save us money. Uhhhm, what??? Last time I checked, bed linen doesn't sell houses and why would I pay anyone to use our furniture in staging our home?? All in all, it was an absolute waste of time having these guys come out - I essentially just had a stranger walk through my home for nothing! We still don't have their appraisal of our property, and if this is how they handle a potential vendor, I can only imagine how the rest of the process would go. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for.

I've bought and sold a lot of property over the years, Air Listing has far exceeded my expectations. A fantastic team with wonderful ethos, highly recommend!! The agents in the area (Ray White mount Gravatt) who wanted to charge me 3% + and we're pressuring me to go to auction. When I informed them I was going with Airlisting, I was told "you get what you pay for"... Well, Donna and the Gang got me $100,000+ more than what I expected and a cash buyer, with only a 0.9% fee (30k saving right there) What a result! I've been watching the local market in the area, Ray White and the likes have had properties better than mine, with pools, decks car carports with more square metres. There getting dismal results at the auction house, getting far less than what I achieved, I truly feel really sorry for those sellers. They just chewing up clients and spitting them out, one auction at a time, they don't care about your bottom line, they just care about there's. In that case, you "overpay for what you get" and you'll get a fast talking real estate agents who doesn't want to do their job, just go to auction, charge you the earth, on to the next sucker. That wasn't the case at Airlisting, their approach was far more personal with me and buyer. Anytime I needed to talk to anyone of the team it was just a phone call away, but I really had to make a call, I was getting regular updates each day. OUTSTANDING RESULT I engaged Veronica and the team from Airlisting to sell my high end sub penthouse in Brisbane CBD. Before appointing Airlisting I interviewed several traditional agents who specialised in this space. The research and sale price estimates ($2.9-3.1M) provided by the other agents were underwhelming and it felt like they had not done their homework and were underselling the apartment. Airlistings research and price estimate ($3.4m) was well considered, and I felt achievable with an appropriate campaign, even though it was 10-15% above the estimates of the other agents. Airlistings campaign, advice and support was extremely professional and they achieved a sale price almost to the dollar of their price estimate which was a record price for this floor plan in the building. Not only did Airlisting achieve a record price and provide outstanding service, their commission was $100,000 less than the other agents expected. Airlisting absolutely demonstrated to me their system works, achieving my price expectation and saving me $100,000 in commission. If the system works for high end property it undoubtedly works for all types of property. I can highly recommend Veronica and Grace from Airlisting if you are planning on selling your property. We had various main line real estate agency’s provide appraisals 100k less than Airlisting on our property. They also charged much higher fees based on commission. Veronica obtained a record price for our house and exceeded her appraisal by a further 40k. We walked away from our sale with this additional money and her fixed fee is an advantageous and competitive price. I must admit I was sceptical with a fixed fee as I thought their model would be based on high turnover rates and less attention or service would be provided. I got this wrong, Veronica provided clear communication throughout the entire process and ensured photos are taken to the highest standard to promote our sale online. Veronica is always looking to de-risk the situation for you in an event whereby your sale is in jeopardy of falling through. Recently sold a property with Airlisting and I am very happy with the sale of the property. Unprofessional!! 0 stars! They say ‘The first impression is the last impression’ and this is true! I had an inspection booked for a property in Sydney over the weekend and was confirmed by the Airlisting team. (No name or number given on emails) I reached the property and waited for an agent but nobody turned up. I called their helpline 1300 number (as only this standard number was the email signature) atleast 5 times and they have no idea who the agent is and said ‘we can only drop a message for the team’. I waited there for another 20mins , rang the apartment from the intercom below, emailed them but again no response. It was a waste of time. The team has not even sent any email after that explaining why nobody turned up. This is throughly unprofessional and they have no value for someone’s time. Absolute tyre kickers.. completely mucked us around in a hot property market extended deadlines just to test the market for the seller and then just cancelled the sale... Very unprofessional and will never view a property they list again. Currently looking into if they have breached legal obligations.. Seller didn't accept any offer.. after we offered well over asking price.. only to be informed by email after days of negotiating by phone.. nice try in twisting the truth..
