I’ve had a really amazing experience with Monique as my laser specialist at AK Skin Clinics. In addition to her being extremely personable and friendly, making me feel comfortable in my sessions - she’s professional and very skilled, and i’ve had great results so far. I also feel comfortable going into the clinic as a nonbinary/trans person as it’s a very vulnerable experience, yet the team at AK Skin Clinics and Monique in particular put me at ease and make me feel welcome. :) Their prices are also great value for money ! Their clinics feel decidedly different from other big-name laser clinics, in that everyone who works there is understanding, personable and friendly. They offer both Candela and Soprano laser. Rescheduling appointments is also very easy. :)

I have been really pleased with my service at AK Skin Clinic. I have had two sessions of laser hair removal so far and have six more left. The first time I went I was very nervous but they were so kind and reassuring. The laser hair removal procedure is virtually painless but the girls are really considerate about going slower for more sensitive areas. I had Mon today (I forget the name of the other girl but she was equally as good) and she was really chatty which makes the whole thing much more enjoyable and relaxing. I would highly recommend AK Skin Clinic for their Soprano Laser Hair Removal. The treatment is great and the girls are amazing. I’m really happy to be continuing on with them over the next few months and am already seeing some good results :)

I have been going to AK skin and laser clinics for a while now for treatments. I am so pleased with the professionalism of the lovely ladies I have dealt with. I regularly see Viola who has been amazing and most recently Mary who has also been fantastic to deal with. She is knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable. Mary also recommended some products as she noticed redness on my skin and suggested a rosacia calming cream which is going really well. I didn't even know I needed this until I started using it. She really spent time taking my concerns into consideration and going out of her way, and has been wonderful as always. I highly recommend this place, a big thank you for all your services.

Have a few laser treatments booked in for the first time with this clinic, went today for my first appointment and was happy with the service i was provided. Although it is a bit of a distance to get to I do think they are reasonably priced compared to a lot of laser skin clinics. Super glad i came across their $100 full body per session promotion as it will be good in time for summer! They’re very supportive and easy to contact when needing assistance.

I haven’t had a facial for about 6 months now but when I heard about Fatima from AK skin & laser I booked to see her right away & I’m so happy I did she treated me to the best facial ever from start to finish it was flawless. Have just started treatment with AK Skin for laser hair removal and so far, so good. Monique who looked after me was the right balance of professional and friendly, immediately made me feel at ease and was good chat. The clinic was easy to find and if you’re driving, you’ll have no trouble finding parking. It’s a bit out of the way for me but just about worth the drive!

Recieved treatment from Judy today, although i didnt mind waiting a little she was absolutely polite and gentle with my laser treatment especially when i specifically advised her to be mindful i can be sensitive as I am postpartum. She also used the cooling gel which made my experience so much better and tolerable! Definitely recommend to everyone :)

Very strict policy, I was late to an appointment and they asked me to pay for cancellation fee if I wanted to do the rest of the areas they missed. I have been to other places and this is the only one that does this. So unprofessional. Never paying for sessions there ever and strongly advise you to not go with them!
