"No advice, choose another location"
"It's a typical Aldi"
"Mite be a new store but still have the stale old staff Even know they say faster lane and check out but still the same they leave you standing in long queues There is one staff member who always looks tired and untidy Need more staff and an express lane Some of the staff have a very bad attitude problem the way they speak to the customers Could do a lot better Would like to be a secret shopper just so Aldi know how their staff are 10/12/2019 Staff still very very very rude And check your receipt as they over charge to day the lady on the check out was in so much of a hurry she over charge or over scanned about 4 items"
"They have now introduced self service checkout which is ridiculously sensitive and will double your checkout time because after every second scan you need help from a staff member"
"Horrible store"
No advice, choose another location. İ complained this Branch. Very unprofessional Very rude ... And impolite. And today and faced off unprofessional behaviour to myself. The cashier had wanted see my bag's inside between many customers who are on the queue. İ was only 2 minutes inside in shop. And my backpack was on my backside. Didn't touch even one time in 2 minutes. What a rude and bad shop management. Of course these are their rights but how about the polite way. And the cashier, didn't look and check my bag properly. What a rude behaviour. How rude....!!! And noticed that, there were many customers that they had bags, handbags. No one check their bags. What a wonderful shop management.!!!! İ ll share this bad experience with all around my friends.
It's a typical Aldi. Expect the usual Aldi idiosyncrasies like shelves that are sometimes messy or empty for extended periods (even before the pandemic), lack of space, lack of open checkouts resulting in long queues and overcrowding, cashiers who try to rush you, nowhere for groceries to sit after they've been scanned, and near-expired meat not discounted 'for quick sale' if there's anything left at all. Friendliness of staff varies. I recently saw some staff communicating with each other in a foreign language. Car park and road design at this small shopping complex is very poor, so avoid busy times. In summary, the experience at this shop is generally not very good.

They have now introduced self service checkout which is ridiculously sensitive and will double your checkout time because after every second scan you need help from a staff member. Taking back my other 4 stars. This Aldi is better than the one in Liverpool. Wide range of selection plus they have alcohol section moreover the staff are helpful and they do have troleys (unlike Liverpool ALDI). If you are in Liverpool avoid the other one and visit this store, its worth travelling a bit more for convenient shopping. Besides that its got everything that every other ALDI has.
Horrible store. They use shopping trolleys that lock into place at random times. The system doesn't work properly. I literally went 7m away from the store to the car park to unload my groceries. On the way back it locked into place! Extremely frustrating when you're spending over $200 a fortnight shopping here. Not a smooth experience and I've seen others complaining too. The staff they hire are also very rude, no express checkout either. I'm done with Aldi, moving back to Woolworths and Coles, I hate this place, German franchise without the German service or quality.
Seriously they get irritated when you ask for help. The store itself is in fantastic location and shape. I love going there but I feel like the staffs need a very good lesson on customer experience or a complete replacement of the staffs in the store. I am shocked from the interaction I had in the store, when I asked "where is this item? ". Obviously with lots of morning greetings but the response I got was hard to consume as a customer. I wonder, whether Aldi provide any training to their staffs for customer service.
Very busy consistently has lots of parking. They have the usual range of products. You don't get good value here, anymore. Also keep treating people who are organised enough to have their own bags like criminals. No matter how often they use the supermarket. Interestingly their trolleys that have space beneath the tray has not been looked at once. I noticed a number of products on this shelf that people simply walked off with without paying for.
Seriously!! Took my 89yo father - we put our coins in for the 2 TROLLEYS we were getting - we parked first space next to the store (literally 3m) my dad was wheeling the trolly & it LOCKED - we had to carry $550 worth of groceries to the car & then I had to drag the LOCKED TROLLEY back to get our coin back - NEVER AGAIN - this is contempt for your customers ALDI - you don’t deserve the business
At 9 and 45min today in Aldi located in Hoxon park road the lady in the cashier was very rude to me, she asked me to check what s inside of my back and she knew that with me a bay in the stroller and a toddler I think it's normal to carry a hanging bag . It's completely unacceptable for me and it's a radical descrimination.I don't recommend any one to go there until they educate their stuff.
They have added self checkout now. Normally that is annoying by itself but, when you spend a long time doing it yourself and then go to use your card and the terminal doesn't work.. then you have to wait for the help to come and she doesn't know what to do.... Well... That's why I left my items there and went across to Coles. At least their terminals work.
Slow slow checkouts!! No basket available so you have to use the trolley but you need a coin for it like who carries coin or cash when you can tap and go on your phone. The shelves were also very empty. Staff needs to maybe smile a bit or look like they want customers to come in as they just look miserable.
Loving the new layout in Hoxton Park. Checkout staff? I agree with another reviewer, could do a change in attitude. If you don't want to work at your job then I suggest you find work elsewhere. There are people who would appreciate your job and make an effort to be friendly in their work.
Not happy at all since they put some wheel locking mechanism on their trolley every single trolley is garbage and broken and you have to carry stuff in your hands, you ask staff member for help and they just stand there like statues. Worst aldi experience
Good store with a selection of alcohol, which the Liverpool Aldi doesn’t stock. The produce section seems to have a few fermentation flies, but otherwise everything is fine. Good selection of meats at reasonable prices.
Big Aldi store with plenty of car space. Has all the main items I need at a good price and plenty of special buys. Staff are usually helpful and friendly. There is now a self service check out.
The shop itself is great. Modern upgrades & they have a lot of choice when it comes to groceries. I find the staff incredibly rude though. I feel they all need attitude adjustments.
great products with plenty of stocks , some products are expensive and others may not be available, generally speaking it is good store , plenty of car park and excellent location
Usually has everything you need, wait times are not too long and staff are friendly. Could do with more staff on registers, stacking shelves and cleaning.
Acredible shopping centre with friendly staffs available to direct you whatever you are looking for to a specific place in order to ease your time .
Safe car park. Clean store with an abundance of discounts. I buy less now as most things have gone up, though shopping here is still good.
Prices are good for other stores, not everything is available, especially food products for those who suffer from gluten intolerance
Shopping experience with aldi never satisfied, long wait at checkouts, no one is there to ask about products.
Runs out of product too often. eg- Sliced cheese singles and pizza sauce and alcohol (Highland Earl)
Plenty of parking. Great bargains. Well stocked. Approachable staff. Clean store
Great place to shop ... the self serve is a big plus at this store
Love shopping here complete and very close to home
Same as every other ALDI. It’s okay. …
Good prices, variety and nice staff …
Can be a busy parking lot
