"Absolutely horrible customer service"
"The attitude of a court Ben is very terrible and disgusting! He has racial discrimination for yellow people"
"Among all the people shopping at this store, I was the only one asked to show my bag by Olivia! If you are person of colour, just get ready to get your bags checked"
"If you are going to have specials, please make sure they are displayed and laid out properly or else, like today, it becomes a rugby scrum with people trying to find what they are looking for"
"Love Aldi"
Absolutely horrible customer service. I was having troubles remembering my pin number and wanted to go to the assisted check out as I was worried if I continued to put the wrong pin in my bank card would be locked and rather use cash instead. The guy who was manning the self service kept insisting I persist with my pin even though I rather have a real person serve me. When I tried to explain to him that I can't remember my pin number and their eftpos machine does not give me the option to tap. He kept interrupting me and not letting me finish what I was trying to say. Exasperated and clearly distressed as the guy continue to tell me what I should do and there is something either wrong with me or my card - mind you I had no issues using my card at other stores. The guy had massive attitude and yelled at me in front of his work colleagues and other shoppers, even swore at me. Then proceeded to ask me what's wrong when you can clearly see I was getting distressed, when I tried to explain to him what is wrong he continued to interrupt me. I got fed up and left the store. If you wanted to be treated like complete rubbish, I recommend you go to Aldi at Winston Hill.
The attitude of a court Ben is very terrible and disgusting! He has racial discrimination for yellow people. He even asked my friends to open their bags without reasons. Then he did not apologize for his evils when there was nothing to be found in their bags. He must say sorry for his discrimination. …
Among all the people shopping at this store, I was the only one asked to show my bag by Olivia! If you are person of colour, just get ready to get your bags checked. I even stayed back to see if she was going to ask the person behind me to show their but NO, I was just special.
If you are going to have specials, please make sure they are displayed and laid out properly or else, like today, it becomes a rugby scrum with people trying to find what they are looking for. Plus by 10.30am all stock should be out and off the floor, which it wasn't.
Love Aldi. Will only do the bulk of my shopping here. They now have hand baskets which is great when I only need a few things. The supply chain interruption left many shelves, especially meat/fresh produce empty but now they are stocked up.
My local Aldi is pretty good, small but usually well stocked. The staff are friendly and never had any issues with returns of faulty items. I recommend this store. Only problem is the Mamia Size 3 Nappies are never in stock!
Prices are very good. However, I would like to see some help for people who buy large items. Staff won't take them to back dock for pickup. Difficult to get items nbn like washing machines, lawn mowers etc into a trolley.
Aldi specific Trolley bays are really hard to find in dingy car park. I walked for ages, found a trolley bay but someone nicked the coin return chain!!! So i had to walk all the way back to the store!!!
Don't bother shopping here if your a person of colour! Out of everyone scanning groceries at the self serve I was the only one with a retail worker gawking over my shoulders. Small minded lot really!
Nice suburb and shopping center, ALDI provides a wide range of household and food items at low rates. It has bath soaps, liquids, moisturizers, chips, sauces, milk (long life), frozen veggies,
Jess made my day!! Thankyou so much for making a personally difficult morning just so much better and more enjoyable for the rest of my week/life Your a legend Over & Beyond ! :) 12/10
Strange Layout. Also you have to use a coin to get a trolley. Not many people carry cash these days. Most customers while I was there were using other supermarket trolleys
I have been an Aldi shopping person for years... I like the ease, the prices are very good and it's actually nice to experience some unique products occasionally.
Good store, out of bread and toilet tissue currently, due to the Aussie panic. But the store is clean and nice, and the staff are professional and helpful.
Pretty standard Aldi. The moms line up for the special buys here, so maybe try Quakers Hill when the pink crocs are out!
It's the as usual Aldi experience, simple layout, lower prices, very decent range, staff are friendly and helpful.
One of the best local Aldi's around. Cleaner/neater than most stores. Handy location too.
Maximum products available And less crowded
