My 11 year old daughter and I were publicly humiliated by a member of staff shouting at us when she could have just come up to us and spoken to us quietly. When I tried to explain she cut me off and continued to tell us off. I am a law abiding citizen and we didn't like to be made to feel "naughty" in front of everyone. Then to make things worse the checkout guy decided to carry it on with us. We were mortified and I was near tears. I already hate that shop because that lady was so rude before. I also have young children and there are no toilets and they have refused me use of their toilet even when I've been at the checkout with a child ready to have an accident. They direct you to McDonald's!
Rude staff end of story. I was at the check out where the cashier named lee was rude to the customer in front and myself. At the end of the day, keep your comments to yourself. If you are not happy with your job, then my suggestion would be is to quit! Dont take it out on your consumers because its Anzac Day and you don't want to work. Remember, you work for a foreign company who provides a job for you. Im a huge fan of Aldi's but will not shop here again. This is the second time the staff have been rude . I will take my business to another Aldis store.
I was in line for one of the checkouts and I had about a week groceries placed in the conveyor. This man who was probably in his 40's, looked like he had just gotten out of work behind me with couple of stuff in his hand. I offered him to go ahead in front of me. And….. this Good Samaritan slips $50 to the cashier for my grocery shopping. I can’t believe it, thank you so much. I will pass this on :) stay blessed!
Behold a story of woe, in the quest of the holy timepiece of inspiration. For I had heard rumours of its power, and thus set forth and battled dragons and demons for the artifact. Sadly my battling delayed me 10 minutes and by the time I had arrived (eth) there was a queue of great length. And I was not allowed to see the relic. My quest ended in failure and disgrace, but I did pick up a Lycra shirt.
This used to be our local aldi before we moved. It is your normal aldi store well laid out and presented great it doesn't seem to run out if specials too quickly, which is great! However we often shopped at around 6/630pm and much of the meat would be off show/unavailable. I believe they have a new management team now so I'm not sure if it has been resolved. But overall ok!
Normally an Aldi regular!!! But I've been a bit lazy the lady few weeks attending other stores and doctors in my local shopping centre. Therefore going into Coles or Woolies as Aldi stores are nearly 10mins drive time away and today I went and did normal biggish shop at Aldi's and noticed a huge difference $ wise!!! That is Aldi was far cheaper!!!
This place is getting worse. 1. No bread or rolls at all, at 4pm. 2. Very low on milk. 3. Usual staff attitude problem with Aldi. Unhelpful and some of them are rude. 4. Not even that cheap anymore. Prices on many items are inline with larger supermarket chains. Some items are even more expensive! You've dropped the ball Aldi.
Aldi is Aldi . But it is the favoured store of this old pensioner and many more who find the Supermarkets bewildering and expensive. Our local Aldi has expanded some since my last review but still remains my choice of shopping venue . The Fox.
This Aldi is pretty big! Wide rows and lots of product lines. The fresh food in particular looked really good. Overall look and feel of the place was clean and tidy. The only downer about this site is the very long ramp to get to the front
Aldi’s overall is a great place to shop for groceries but since 2022 I have noticed a significant drop in quality of items they sell such as clothes, lunch boxes, gardening etc. things which used to last years now break in days and months.
I like Aldi very much !!! But for a bad experience with a staff named Lee who woke up at a wrong side of the bed that Friday morning. I definitely still be shopping at Aldi elsewhere but may go to Coles or other when at McGraths Hill. I
Normally great staff and store but witnessed the rudest woman working the cash register insult a customer for answering his phone while waiting in line this evening. I couldn't believe it- made me change my mind about shopping there!
Always happy to shop there! We were a bit disappointed that some of the items we wanted to buy were not available, and there was only one checkout open. Will be back, and will be as usual watching out for the Special Buys.
Reasonable prices, clean store & friendly check out girl. Not impressed with the quality of their strawberries, paid $5 for a punnet of very red strawberries that are completely green underneath, not ripe.
Well laid out store. BUT.. at 76 I had to climb a flight of stairs to go shopping.. which in this day and age. Rediculas.. thank goodness all our Aldi in Adelaide. Are GROUND FLOOR STORES....
Would have given 5 stars but they closed the in house bakery. 1 star today. Went to to different Aldi's. No glass cleaner at either store. Had to go to a real supermarket. Thanks IGA
Absolute best grocery store in the Hills & Hawesbury. It's a bigger store than Rouse Hill so you can find items in the catalogue here which may not be available in Rouse Hill.
Typical Aldi in the new style. Not a fan of the ramps between the carpark and store...long and fairly steep with only 2 flat stops make it hard to control your trolley.
Still suffering a bit from supply chain problems. On today's visit half the meat shelves were empty, as was the frozen vegetable section. Nothing with potato available.
The store is always well run. Clean store. Pleasant cashiers. They usually always have most of the staple food available during the peak of covid western sydney
Great supermarket with everything you need. Low prices beat other supermarkets. Friendly staff. Easy to navigate store. So happy to have an Aldi nearby.
There is an older blonde lady has no manners at all on registers every time i go shes always rude some staff are helpful though think i prefer coles
One of the best Aldi's around....staff are great and after the renovations earlier in the year, the new lift is a great improvent for access.
Always very quick at the cash register, friendly staff. Clean premises. Ramp up into the shop is probably difficult if pushing a wheelchair.
I’ve shopped here since opening, and the current team are wonderful. Considering the circumstances, the staff are happy, cheery and polite.
Great prices, especially fresh produce. Always my first stop for my bi-weekly shop. Quick service at the check-out with friendly staff
Friendly and happy go lucky people. Great variety and very fresh. Would recommend if you need to stop off and fill up on travels.
Plenty of parking, great range of products and produce. Good service and located on Windsor Rd makes it easy to get to and shop.
This place is kept neat and tidy. Typical Aldi competitive prices. Has lift access to store level. Some undercover parking.
Lots of parking, clean store. They now have self check outs which is awesome for people who only have a handful of items.
Great new renovated shop, and the super nice Deidre lady is a pleasant person who always wins the Aldi checkout race!
Staff here are awesome, friendly and helpful. Always easy to get a park and easy to get out of. Lots of choice.
We are Aldi fans and lucky for us our nearest store is a great one. Big and nicely set out, very good service.
Great store, organised, clean easy to move around, staff friendly and very helpful. A pleasure to shop there.
One of my fav ALDIs you will see best buys available most of the times, not too crowded and well organized
Aldi stock good, prices good, can ask for help from staff. Easy buying, don't like self check out.
Great Aldi, good selection of Aldi products and mostly stoked. Parking can be tricky sometimes.
Never too packed when I go however alot of the time they dont have alot of things that I need
Amazing Love the new updates they did, especially the lift made it alot more easier!
Experimetal series #1 for glenfiddich in stock $75! Puts dans prices to shame...

Good staff and prices. The checkout is still not a pleasant experience.
Big store but lack of service. Always Hare to wait to be served.
