The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy at the front has a short temper. Absolutely disgusting service by him. No tellers available so can’t withdraw my money. He’s respond was go to Chadstone. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there is no manager at this bank. As I had to raise my voice to get to speak to a manager suddenly 2 managers appeared. With in 10 minutes everything was sorted with no problem.

I went to the branch to see if i could withdraw 1400 dollars. As this was above my withdraw limit the Saff advised me that they can increase my limit. After increasing my limit i tried to withdraw and the ATM refused to give me my money. I went back to the staff. They where puzzled by the ATM refusal. I have the funds but the bank staff told me to go to another Anz Branch to withdraw my money over the counter. Great experience

So disappointed that another local ANZ branch actually no longer has tellers. Since closing the Carnegie branch, Bentliegh was the next closest branch for deposits. Now only a machine for deposits and it is not possible to get change. Customer service is not on ANZs radar at all.

I think I just had the best banking experience in a branch. Super professional and friendly staff. We were able to open an account and accept our offer, verify and submit all our documents in less than 15 minutes. Thanks very much, and keep up the fantastic work!!!

Long waiting time, then to tell me that they also can't do teller service. Wasted 30mins and then was told to go Chadstone. Chadstone brand was a lot more helpful where not only they help me fixed my cards but also help me with the deposit.

incompetent service 2 weeks I wait to receive my new bank card, every time I go to see them they tell me that they made a mistake in the request and that I still have to wait, and of course they don't apologize not. truly unacceptable.

This was once a very good branch. Now it has reduced services. There are no longer human tellers. The branch has so-called specialists and teller machines only. If you want human tellers you have to go to either Chadstone or Southland.

I know it’s covid but don’t let customers sit in a room waiting for a bank worker. 5 customers and one staff working. Should tell customers that there is a wait….. communication is a big let down here

Met with an icy concierge who said that they don’t have a teller for my business deposits. She then told me to go to Elsternwick. That’s after I waited for 15 minutes. Really bad service and setup.

Consistently high standard of customer service and problem solving skills for the guys there, no matter how busy the branch gets. Everyone knows what they are doing.

Was very lucky to meet Victoria, who helped me set up my over seas trip. Was quick and informative, and she was an absolute legend. Promote her immediately!

ATM not working :( Long line to wait makes me go to deposit next door at NAB 3 time now, they are very quick. Also can't you advertise opening hours ....

The Manager of Bentleigh branch was very Rude, Unfriendly, Disrespectful and Unprofessional in dealings with long term Loyal Clients.

They don't do cash withdrawals, & they charge excessive transfer fees.
