TLDR: Don't choose ANZ, if you can pay another bank a few $$$ extra, you will most likely receive a more reliable, adept service. So if i could give ANZ a 0 star I would, however for google's sake - they do not provide the ability for a 0 star rating. I'm sure if it was the option, ANZ would remove the ability for customers to review their service. Not only is ANZ unable to train their staff in general processes, the staff also seem to prioritise looking at broken printers, instead of walking 15 metres to a working device. What was meant to be a short 20 minute set up appointment, turned into over an hour long debacle of3 people hovering over a printer all repeating words back at each other like chip hungry seaguls, "ooowwwhh yeah, the printer isn't working, i just don't know why" Ok - great - we established this before - get over it and use another printer - call IT?? If you are looking to do business &/or personal financing - look else where. If you have another option that might be $200-600 more per year DO IT. You will lose countless hours of your own time having to go back into a branch to resolve their incompetence, then on top of that - they will send your account details & card to the wrong address. Just....don't use this bank if you value your time.

What a disgrace!!! Wanted to deposit a cheque. Insisted we had to do it at the ATM in the internal alcove adjacent to the main door. I told him I can’t do that because the stench of urine in your vestibule area is overwhelming. He just shrugged his shoulders and insisted we do it there. So piss poor (pardon the pun) customer service and a dirty smelly filthy urine filled hole of an area within the bank area. How can this really be a bank - or a bank claiming to care.

Went there today, had to take a ticket and wait 10 minutes as a teller was having a social conversation with another person while there were ten people waiting. 4 people left as they were sick of waiting. The teller Was unapologetic and rude. Went next door to the commonwealth bank and were immediately greeted and asked to take a seat, and waited one minute to be shown into the office. Such a stark contrast in customer service between two banks.

Unhelpful, rude and ignorant. Constantly trying to pressure you into performing all transactions at the ATM. I really don't want to be trying to make large cash deposits at the ATM. Obviously they don't want or a need job when they're trying to make the machines do all THEIR work. I have several personal and business accounts i will be closing very shortly and moving to a different bank.

The customer service at Greensborough ANZ branch is appalling. Between the under staffing, lack of basic knowledge and a blatant lack of respect their staff have for customers there is no reason I have to continue banking with ANZ. Best of luck those visiting this brand, you’ll need it.

Their smart ATM is ALWAYS broken one way or another. The place is also so filthy is kinda scary going alone... It shouldn't be that hard to keep their facilities clean and running, specially since they are the only branch in this area. Needs new management

Went there a few weeks ago to get cash out and ATM was down. Today tried to use the ATM to deposit a new bank cheque, no folds or anything and the machine said it couldnt read it. Makes banking with ANZ very difficult.

The most unaware, disgusting and incompetent collection of staff I have ever encountered. I am closing all my accounts with these morons and going to a more professional customer service orientated bank.

ANZ (not necessarily Greensborough) is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I'll take great pleasure in finally moving away from them, and going in to close my accounts. Would never reccomend to anyone

We booked an appointment with a 'specialist'. The specialist had no idea what she was doing and wasted our time. She even stated she didn't know. Very disappointing experience and complete deterrent.

I have had a great experience dealing with Danielle Marsh who's follow up is excellent & customer service fantastic (even went to the lengths replying to my email whilst on her day off!).

Always closed everytime we come. ANZ has already closed 2 other branches in the Northern suburbs and reduced hours in this one. Can never get any simple tasks done with ANZ.

Staff seem to like doing all they can to avoid having to serve you themselves. You either get passed around the branch or told to phone the bank
