"I have banked with ANZ for over 30yrs, On the 8th of Aug 2018 my wife and I put in an application for an investment loan, The finance manager Toni has not contacted us at all on the progress of our application, we visited the Epping branch 12 days later on the 20th of Aug 2018 to find out what is happening, Tony saw us standing there and did not even come and say hello, we were told to go and that he will contact us as soon as possible, we were so upset we went to Westpac to apply for the loan 7 days later we got approval, The Westpac Manager Markus kept us informed every step untill he called us with the approval on 27th of Aug 2018"

Recently, I handed in some important documents that were necessary for my banking needs, but unfortunately, they were neglected and not processed as they should have been. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service I received. I believe that your staff needs to be trained properly in how to handle customer documents, ensuring that they are processed accurately and efficiently. The lack of attention given to my documents was completely unacceptable, and I hope that this issue will be addressed to prevent it from happening again to other customers. Furthermore, I have noticed that there are many negative reviews and feedback about this branch. This indicates that there may be issues with the management or the overall quality of service provided. I believe that changes need to be made to improve the customer experience and ensure that customers feel valued and appreciated. By the way it is now the 28th of Aug 2018 and we are still waiting for any responce from Toni. I have called ANZ main center and lodged a complaint. There is no excuse to ignore a client of many years, At this stage we are looking at going with Westpac Bank. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Normally don’t post reviews. But the service is so poor. The door person was prompt with assistance on where to go however there was no communication with the door person and people taking the bookings. It’s so annoying to hear after 40 minutes of waiting a senior staff ask other staff members to go see if anyone needs help (had to pop my head up so they would see me) What is the point of the booking system if no one checks who’s waiting?! Would really suggest going into other banks and seeing where you guys are going wrong. CBA helped me with the name change query without needing to book and was done with 5-10 mins. Same query and it took me an hour with a booking. Please update your communication and systems. Definitely want to change banks after today.

I booked into see a home loan specialist for my existing loan to change my interest rate. Service was so slow and wrong information was given, I questioned the amounts as they didn’t make sense. I am not a banking specialist but even I can tell if your going to a higher interest rate then the payments will be more expensive than a lower one. I was then given the wrong copy to take home and was called and asked to bring it back. I have no confidence whether or not my interest rate was even changed and will be going into another branch tomorrow to check. Literally a waste of 1.5hours.
I find the people in the the branch friendly firstly, but been back every month for 3 months now for the same problem of a recurring monthly payment not recurring. Assured every time its been fixed this time. Ive taken time off work twice to get it fixed. The last time i went in was told i can do it on a computer, i dont own or need a computer. New add to this. So now November made a appointment for 930am get in at 920am get ignored now walk ins with no appointment are getting in before me
I must say it’s the first time I have gone into a bank and not been able to do a transaction as simply as getting money out. It was 3pm on a Friday so couldn’t withdraw from a teller and the limit on the ATM , even though increased by one of the staff , still didn’t allow me to get the amount I required. Crazy to think I can’t go into a bank and withdraw cash ! Very disappointed.
That was the worst banking experience I've ever had, there are no tellers the hours are completely and it's the only bank you can't do at a post office. You may as well not have any professional staff just technical people because the machines do there jobs for them which is ridiculous and it takes so long and is very stressful. I am definitely moving banks after this experience
Whats annoying that majority of people work 9-5, this place opens till 8 however withdrawing money opens only till 2pm and they dont even open on weekends. Tried to explain joint account i have with my sister, we both agreed only to withdraw from the branch with our signatures…older lady advises we should be able to transfer to another account via online banking ♀️
Today was a good day for ANZ Pacific Epping. Dispite their systems being not 100% functional, it was the shortest wait I have ever had here and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Usually long waits at this branch and staff are grumpy and not happy to help. Keep up working like this Epping Branch and you may change your reputation yet!
Coin deposit never working everytime I travel down from kilmore. They won't let me deposit it over the counter I have separate it all and counter. Think it's bad customer service. Might as well get rid of tellers as they always direct to do it through the atm! When atm is broken they don't help u anyway.
Pathetic customer service. My appointment was at 3:00PM and consultant turned up over 17 minutes late, that too upon my repeated nudges. No apologies for being late and then very casual dealing. These people need to learn customer care. would never recommend to anyone.
Bank full of really dopey people. The broker accused me of "faking" my payslips when I went for a home loan a while back... I had worked at the company for 5 years already. Not sure how he could think I can fake payslips for 5 years! UNBELIEAVABLY unprofessional!
After the initial question from the front customer service person, I was treated with respect, pleasantry and even some humorous engagement. Was so opposite of the engagement from the Westpac branch 10 minutes earlier. Well done ANZ and keep up the good work!

Have been waiting on a return email after visiting the branch for a pre-approval and may miss out on a house due to this It gets better, I have also reached out with ANZ complaints department and its been over 48 hours with no response.
Absolutely disgusted in this store particularly the efforts of Rochelle Lawson .... nobody ever wants to answer the phone ........on the rare occasion they do they will go to extreme lengths to avoid answering questions.

Attended this branch to assist my mother with her banking. Met a lovely young man named Vinh that was very helpful and attentive. All of our enquiries was solved quickly and effectively. Very happy customer

Slow service and lack of detail and care when ordering a replacement card. It was sent to the wrong location after 5 days wait. Then I was advised I had to sort it out myself. Pathetic.
