A terrible customer service culture, especially upon entry with passive aggressive greetings and thec service is OK however depends on who you land. This ANZ branch needs a total course in manners, etiquette and then banking approaches to dealing with customers.

Complete disregard for their customers and third parties by unnecessary delays in resolving an issue where the solution is obvious.

Service is a bit hit and miss. But if you are lucky enough to get the branch manager David, he is amazing.
