If I could leave a minus 50 stars I would. The WORST experience of my life. ZERO customer service. They billed my credit card over R9000 for a pre existing dent. Thank goodness I have a witness that inspected the car with me before I left their lot. I will NEVER use AVIS again and urge you not to either.

I wanted to extend our lease for two extra days. When i arrived the lady said they need to close our contract and open a new one. They also wanted to check the car. I went back to our hotel, brought the car and no one really checked it. They guy that helped me out was great! Overall good service

No issues with the rental. 'Compact mini manual' yielded a Toyota Aygo, which must be the smallest and weakest car I have ever driven. It could only fit one medium suitcase and one small duffel bag in the trunk. Returning the car took more time than what I'm used with from other AVIS location.

Took my phone and downloaded an app on my phone that I did not want. I told them this and they said it’s free. So I gave up the fight and let them install it. The app did not work for two weeks and then I was charged for it. When I told customer services this they did not care. Nice scam
