Let me share my detailed feedback. Azena is undoubtedly amazing storage space available in Bangalore. I was really skeptical to go initially but the way they did their work is simply superb. The way they packed items and shifted to their place is superb. They send you weekly updates which is more satisfying. 1year I have used their services and no where I felt any bad experience. I have referred so many people to them. They have a very bright future in this business.

I've been using Azena's services for more than a year now and have been recommending my friends/colleagues mainly because of 1) Organized set up 2) hygienic and well maintained facility 3) personalized service The best part was how well Umalatha supported and handled my queries and request, was really a big help especially since travelling was a major problem during the pandemic. No doubt in terms of service. One of the best storage facility in Bangalore,every week you will get update on whatsapp.Properly clean and looks like they do senitizing and pestcontrol often. Very good staff, specially Uma who's working there,that girl is very cooperative. When I wanted to shift my stuff to other city,she took all the responsibility to load it to truck with proper care Thank you so much for your service.

The quality of service is excellent in azena. I needed to store 1bhk room full of items during the covid period .they provided me a competitive quote for the monthly rent which is quite lower than the market rates for other storage locations. The process from storing and then moving the goods from their location was quite smooth and hassle-free.

Very professional and polite in delivery of services. Have my luggage stored at Azena Storage for last 1 year and they have been quite good at making sure that all the items are kept in good condition. They also have this monthly reporting with pics and videos, of the stored items, over WhatsApp. Thank you for the great service and experience.

Very good storage service, sends photo every month and a video once a while. Everything is maintained pretty clean. Very good customer support. She answers any questions we have and help guide the transporters to the right location and kept me in the loop, when we were moving things out. Pretty good trustable service. I highly recommend it

If you want to keep your belongings for a long period of time, this is the place. I was little doubtful in the beginning as this concept was new to me, but they helped me with the process and it was a smooth service without any hassle that too in pandemic time. Azena indeed is one of the best storage facilities in Bangalore. I have been using it since last year. Their weekly post of my stuff is on time. Their price is reasonable according to stuff I have placed there. Movement of stuff from house to storage was also excellent without any damage. The quality of service is excellent in azena.

Quite professional what they do. Kept mine house hold item more than 1 year. I received it back just like fresh. Good storage facility(concrete surface, secure,separated, easy to acess). Took mine bike back twice in between(easily available). had great experience with valued service. Would highly recommend everyone.

Due to this sudden lockdown I have kept my luggage in Azena and their service was very good and every week I get a pics and videos or video calls of my items and incase if I request any pic or video in the middle they send me the update within no time.

I have started using their storage services one 10 months before. They were very quick in collecting, packing and storing our luggages when we vacated our flat last December . Quick response and professional behaviour.

I took their service for around 6 months. They are really very professional. The packed and transported the items properly. No damage. And while taking back the items also, there was no issue. Very much recommended.

Regular photos of the stuff kept in the storage. The staff was nice and polite during the pickup of the furniture. The staff promptly replies if I want more photos and video of the furniture in storage.

Really reliable and trustworthy safe storage service. They make sure all your belongings remain safe and sound as per their condition upon arrival. Only thing is the charges are a bit on the higher end.
