Sanjay Vinod Sarwan and Pradeep did an excellent job of packing carefully moving and also helped unpacking and placing things. With their limited manpower, they indeed did a good job. However they should have had at least another 4 pairs of hands to do a complete job in time, as well as a larger truck. Because of the limited manpower, I had to leave somethings like a geyser & fans behind, incurring additional costs for their dismantling plus transport later. Also because of the shortage of hands the loading took too too much time and by the time we reached our destination, moved in and unpacked, it was close to midnight. We could also not accommodate some more items, as in the one truck they have, it is difficult to fit in items from a 3BHK house, completely - including small plants and pots, in one trip. In conclusion they need to employ more people for packing, loading, unloading and unpacking as well as have a truck of larger volume.

Editing my review. They originally forced me to give a 5 star review. Here are the reasons I’m downgrading them: 1. They did not plan the vehicle size properly. We had to leave a lot of stuff behind which I had to transport by car later. 2. Extremely slow while packing. They started at 9 am and completed packing by 530 pm, that too without dismantling fans, removing geysers etc. had to pay again and get it done separately. 3. Reached the delivery place at 7 pm, and just dumped all the stuff there. By 930 pm, Sanjay, who is their team leader started saying his stomach is paining and then they quickly collected payment and just left. 4. The same Sanjay came back home, forced my father and me to give a 5 star rating and then left. Don’t recommend them at all. Giving 2 star instead of 1 because they were friendly.

Laughably insincere to put ice tray with the ice into the carton which we had to specifically ask to get rid of.We kept insisting them to wrap our mattresses which they blatantly dismissed. Had to call the executive multiple times to explain WHY bare mattress shouldn't be loaded onto their truck. A lot of kitchen items went to waste even after repeatedly asking to seal all masalas and liquid stuffs.

An excellent service beyond your expectation. The staff employed were much skilled and extra ordinarily professional. Shifted the entire household without causing a slight damage to my valuable property. They were not in a hurry to empty the cartoons they brought to take it away. Overall a great and much amazing service. Really applaudable.

Very good service and not ridiculously expensive like Agarwal packers. Very friendly and good packaging available. Could improve a in having more local / diverse people who can talk the majority spoken languages. But from service and packaging/ shifting perspective they are very good

they moved all my stuff for a reasonable price, only damaged 1 cup- staff was very cool and never said no to any request. They even helped pack some extra stuff not related to the move. Reasonably priced also- about as cheap as porter.
