Customer service is terrible. I took an item back to exchange, the very next day and the man tossed the item. He was very disappointed and said it was not folded properly. How are you running a textile shop and not providing satisfactory exchange/return experience. Definitely won't be shopping at this store anymore.

The ladies was helpful in assisting, however with in 24 hours I decided to return an item. Even though they have a 7 days return policy. The guy at the cashier counter was has no idea how to take care of customers. He made me feel that's its a big inconvenience for the return. Terrible customer service.

Took my grandmother to buy some textiles a couple days ago. Was pleasantly surprised by the selection and customer service. The owner actually took the time to help her pick out the correct material she needed and was very friendly. Apparently she's been coming here for years, now I understand why.

I went to Aarathie Super Centre with a couple of friends to buy sarees for a wedding and the customer service was truly amazing. They treated us like family and spent hours with us until we found the perfect designs. Hats off to such reputable store for their extraordinary selection and service!!!!

Just been there and horrible customer service. Not one person greeted us, then showed us 1 lehanga and asked us to buy it. They have no other options apparently, what a joke. When we weren't happy with the service, they have the audacity to be rude. Never shopping here again!

Helpful staff. Good selection on men tops. They will let you try on the sample clothes of same size but just be careful because the actual tops you buy might not fit you like the sample tops they provide you for trying on. Make sure to try on the actual tops you are buying.

Customer service is really poor. Store reps don’t want you to try outfits on in store and also won’t accept exchanges. We had to persistently ask to try on some clothes to ensure the shirts fit. They made a big fuss to allow us to try it on. Asiyans is way better
