Within less than 24 hours after we called, Tom came over, looked at it, showed us the problems that needed to be addressed, and gave detail explanation of why they need to be done. Tom also patiently answered all our our questions which are not directly related to the reported issue and kindly gave us recommendations of what he'd do to permanently fix those issues.
