My daughter and I went shopping this morning, 19 July 2021, for her little furry friend which we adopted over the weekend. The young man who assisted us this morning, was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable on all the various items/product that they stock. He is a brilliant salesperson - we ended up purchasing more items that was on our original doggy shopping list. What I really appreciated was his after sales service, he took time out and called us (as he promised) to find out how our little puppy is settling in. With all the excitement, it slipped my mind to ask his name, and I'm sorry for that. We will definitely be making regular purchases at Absolute Pets. Thank you once again for the amazing service we've received this morning.

I love dealing with Absolute pets in blue route. They have always been helpful with my cat's needs. Today I made a special trip as we are adopting a puppy. I dealt with Siraj who was absolutely fabulous. All I said was that we're getting a puppy and I need everything. He was patient and caring throughout, and guided me through the process and made great recommendations. I felt cared for and treated in a kind, professional manner and I feel ready for our new journey. Thank you Siraj for really going above and beyond in helping us today.

This store has become my total weakness since I got my little cocker spaniel☺️ If you are looking for a “pet shop” with staff who are knowledgeable and friendly, who genuinely care about your fur baby and their needs then look no further. These guys have answered all my questions and always have an alternative when it comes to spend and product quality. I always spend at least an hour chatting and sharing about my pups concerns and they seem to listen carefully and offer sound advice. I commend the staff & owner

We hardly ever recognize wonderful service as people always rather spend time complaining. With this being said I want to take this opportunity to praise the wonderful service we have received from Siobahn at Absolute Pets in Blue Route mall. She is wonderful at her job. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional.She had time to answer all our questions and gave great advice. She is definitely an asset to Absolute Pets. I have no words to describe the service I get from this pets shop. Firstly I was assisted by the lady the later was ever assisted by the guy named Siraagh.With his assistance I got to know more of what to buy for my furry friend.He is very approachable with my kind of assistance in regard to the food and other needs of the furry friends. He can make you buy a lot without thinking as he is a good salesperson I've ever met. He knows his job.

I visited the blueroute branch for the second time in the week.and I must say the gentleman named siraajh was absolutely fantastic he is definitely a good salesman. He always takes time explaining the various products for me and always makes me laugh never a dull moment when coming into the store

It was my first time shopping at the Blue route branch of Apsolute pets and I must say the service I received from Camrin was beyond excellent. I was so surprised with his knowledge. I will definitely only be coming to the Blue route branch!

Great customer service, staff always helpful. When you order something they actually call you when it's arrived at the store. Often good specials on pet food too. Been using them for more than a year, couple times a month, no complaints.
