I would like to commend Safiya for always being ontop of her game and going the extra mile. She is friendly and always has a smile on her face. Anton is also an amazing soul, always helpful and really has your pets best interest at heart. Its a pity i don't think he is at the store anymore.

I went to tygervalley branch this morning to collect the dog name tag . I had to deal with a Male staff member that had an attitude . Needless to say I left the branch without the name tag and will never go back again after this experience.

Wanted to exchange Lukunu puppy food for vets choice seeing that my puppy stopped eating Lukuno. Bag was still sealed and was willing to pay the difference, but the arrogant slender lady didn't want to do it played on the 7 day return

This shop is very small, but actually had the fish food we were looking for! It definitely has a limited supply though and is tugged away at the bottom floor of Tygervalley mall, below Ambeans (near Woolworths).
