Always check your receipts after payment , they always charge for something you never bought , or they charge over the price .For the last three weeks in a row they charged me 20$ first week, 7.5$ second week and then 5$ for the third week, for something we never bought and the best think is when I told them the third time they recalculated all our groceries and they returned me 1.40$, when I checked my two last invoices which was on the same cashier and only with less then one minute difference ,I found another funny thing .we bought tomato’s and other fruits and there was a weight difference in between two bills which we paid for the same groceries with only less then a minute difference .I can’t believe that our fruits grown in the bag .please make sure you double check your bills three week same mistake is unacceptable and shame
Very poor customer service...On a Sunday Morning we had arrived at Abu Salim. And my son had walked past a crate full of apples and with no sign or awareness he had walked through it. Blood poured down his leg. We went to the counter and asked for a first aid kit which wasn’t valid. The employees gave us 2 tissues and walked away. We rushed to the hospital and my son had to get stitches. It was extremely painful and had wasted our whole Sunday. He also had to get a tetanus shot I truely don’t recommend going there. There was no first aid kit for my son, there wasn’t any awareness of the sharp rusty metal outside of the apple crate and the employees didn’t care one bit. My son also has a scar on his leg that will stay for his entire lifetime. I don’t recommend coming here at all. Have a good day...
Hands down the best variety of middle eastern food, the fruit and veg are fresh, the breads are amazing, the place is packed with food and snacks I grew up with as a child. I am a big fan of Abu Salim’s I usually drive about 45minutes to an hour to go get my shopping done there. The prices are very reasonable. I usually pay $20 per kilo of pistachios here near my place the exact same pistachio they charge $35 per kilo. It’s a lovely family run business all the staff are very friendly. the place is always busy. There is plenty of parking spaces directly outside the shop. The store is a very crammed with stock and some isle are very hard to get to certainly can’t take a trolley through them but I guess it makes up for goodness in many other ways...
Service is always quick, their prices are amazing and you can always be sure of finding something new to try that you have nevsr seen or tasted before.....2 weeks ago I was at coles fhere fresh birds eye chillis small red ones $28 p/kilo i walk in here $9.95 WOW!! Open late and always has prices way under the supermarkets......fresh herbs are always so green and healthy looking perky i believe is the right word....they have amazing homus which you cannot buy at chain stores, lebanese bread is usually still warm!!! In summer they have bags of mini avacados wow great for us avo addicts!! Sometines i dont need anything but just want to see what new lines they have!!!
Employment cashier need a bit of working on. They don't know much about the product they are selling. Charges over what the price of an item is. THE OWNER NEEDS TO (RETRAIN THERE CASHIERS) FROM SCAMMING PEOPLE. THANKS. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS. Smile more often it will make a good environment to people who walk in wether Muslim or not. Make everyone feel welcome thanks. I am trying to say in the nicest way possible. Jk. Keep up the good work other than that not a bad shop.
I would like to buy more from this supermarket. But unfortunately many of the products are expired or have been expired for more than 3 months still sitting on the shelfs. Disappointing that the staff don't care. I've braught it up a few times but they just say okay. Bread with mould. Labeneh expired. Olives in packaging expired. Old fruit and vegetables. Owner please fix this problem otherwise people will start talking. I am very passionate about hygiene. And good food.
If you want fresh fruits and veggies at a great price then you come here .. been there a few times .. i don't live in the area so it's a stretch for me .. however if I need to make a specific dish that requires certain veggie sizes or a large quantity, I do make a trip here to get it. It gets very busy here.. limited parking on the premises or street ones are available, they also have other products too breads, spices, snacks, variety of nuts, and many other stuff.
The lady behind the counter was one of the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with, she was so rude and especially with my grandmother who is 82yo, this was on Saturday 19th November at around 12:15pm. I have never been so embarrassed. Please try and educate your staff about customer service, especially the way they treat elderly customers who have some hearing problems, as humans we should have some empathy towards our elders. Thanks.
They are very shift they charged me an arm and leg for stuff and try to take more from me.. Also they are doing stuff that ment to be helful for us but they swapping stuff over. No way im very going back there to pay for there stuff they are hobbile and dont know anything about customer care. They always showing us stuff that we dont ask for or even need. Things they do to us is unbelievable
Great supermarket. Offering product not easily found in imperatriz. If your planning a special meal or looking for a great wine you cant go wrong here. The decor is very nice and upscale and the staff are attentive and nice. The baked good are also amazing some of the best I have had in imperatriz. Great work with bringing a touch of the big city to Imperatriz.
I bought 1.5 kg of mixed “Quality” nuts yesterday night, they were everything except quality. I tasted a few and they were oily, badly cooked and they made us feel sick after having a handful. Went next day and I told them abt it, so their response was we don’t return mixed nuts lol I told them that’s fine keep them for u Horrible customer service
Great fresh food and alternative Arab spices, etc. This place still provides old fashioned Baraka prices...e.g. they often round your price down to get blessing of transaction. Fruits and vegetables are usually fresher and better quality than the major stores, but some speciality items are more expensive.
Fresh produce, good offers, daily specials. You can find all grocery items other than fresh produce. Eggs, bread, buns, rolls, kaak, Lebanese bread, banana breads, muffins, pastries, cereals, grains, biscuits, dry fruits, nuts, milk, tomato paste, confectionery you name it, they have it. Really convenient
Have shopped here for years and has been heartwarming seeing the developments over time. Keep up the great work. Only issue is it is not very pram friendly with the narrow aisles. Great selection of decently priced fresh produce and Imported Middle Eastern grocery items.
All arabic products you can find in it coffee and frozen melkheh, bamyh, fresh kosaa, and there’s a frozen kubeh mashereh it’s amazing very delicious I find "مقوار كوسا" finally And i like the knafeh its good and the baqlawa was good too But the place a little bit nasty
Be careful what you buy. He's selling contaminated tamarhindi drinks (dates drink). I threw out 2 boxes because rust has made its way into the bottles from the lids and wouldn't compensate me for them because he wanted them back. Terrible attitude from employee.
Hi Guys I Bought 2 box one green apple $23.00 and red one $14.95 last Tuesday 16/12/2014 and i am trying to contact you on old number no answer, and the new 97404600 disconnected .The apples I bought are already getting rotten .shame shame
I'm not sure if people just ignore the fact that this place re-label expired products or they really don't know. Some imported stock is expired and re-labelled. Look at the chips bags how wrinkled because of double handling. To see this
The best thing since sliced bread! And oh the selection of bread! Love this place. Freshest fruit and veg. Best selection of the best middle eastern food. You can't go wrong here. Friendly staff and patrons always in my experience
It was very crowded. It has a lot of Arabic grocery. Has also a good collection of fruits and vegetables. It has a very small parking area outside, So you may have to wait a bit to park. Otherwise park in the street and walk over.
Guys greenacre wouldn’t be without these guys here! Abu Salim has everything you need! I always walk out with bags of shopping, fair prices, friendly and helpful staffs. Thanks Guys !! Inaas Kanj - from First National realestate
When you're over wasting money at the major major supermarkets, you will find Abu Salim is better and cheaper. Very helpful, always happy staff. Freshest fruit and veg and best choice of Lebanese bread you will find in Sydney.
The people serving the customers are SO RUDE! The customer service of this place is non-existent. Google Reviews has made it mandatory to give a place like this one star, if I could i would never even give it one star.
Just bought some cashews and when I got home to put away I was giving the left overs from a bottom of the bag that’s bad service it should be thrown out instead gave it to me so I threw it in the rubbish bin.
All you want of Lebanese grocery you can find there.. parking spots available. However, the store is messy and crowded .. sometimes you can't find the price label on the item! This is why I put 3 stars.
Large variety of fresh and frozen food, groceries and more. Fresh food is cheaper and fresher than your regular supermarket. Has parking either inside or behind in the council parking.
+ Pros: diversity of products, everything you need is available - Cons: too expensive, they charge surcharge when using credit card even if my bill is $250+, crowdy, messy sometimes
Huge selection and decent prices. Better produce options than the major supermarket chains. Usually quite busy because of its popularity. Parking can be a bit of a chore though.
It is one of the best grocery shops in the area. It has almost everything you need at a fair price. The parking is limited and always a hassle. Otherwise, it is a great place.
Lovely staff big place lots of things to buy. The only thing I find frustrating is not everything has a price on it. Becomes annoying having to find someone to ask every time.
A great selection of middle eastern groceries. A shame that some customers have no manners what so ever and the workers at times look absolutely miserable in their jobs.
Very friendly staff, have all you need and more, checkout to car service available especially for the elderly, everything is always fresh and decently priced.
Been calling here since 2010 , they’ve got all kinds groceries. Today I found out they have an ATM . It does charge $2.80 fee though. …
Nice shop, you can find the things that you need, specially to make arabic food.. But it's busy friendly staff, and quick service from the cashier. …
Really dislike the system they have going on for serving customers . There is no system it's chaos in there always no social distancing what so ever
Middle eastern orientated supermarket. You can find things you can't find anywhere else. Add to that cheap fruit and veggies snd friendly service.
I drive from north shore to do my shopping here, a place where I can find all middle eastern grocery I need at at one place and at modest prices.
very tight aisles, people everywhere, traffic in the parking lot, cheap produce prices, middleeastern grocery store... its all happening here.
One stop shop for all of your lebanese groceries. You will find most of what you need here. Wide selection of products at reasonable prices.
Great market for arabic food items. Heaps of spices, oils, breads and dairy products. Also has very good fresh produce at reasonable prices.
Poor service with grumpy faces every single time. Hey guys, if you don't like your jobs, get out of there. You should not be serving people
Friendly service , it's as if you're in a bazaar in the Levant. Well it's the closest thing you're going to get in a lockdown situation .
I REALIZE IT'S VERY BUSY PLACE BUT SOME OF THE STAFF COULD BE A LITTLE BIT FRIENDLY IT'S A BUSINESS AND YOU REPRESENT THEW NAME . THANKS.
He sells this product for $17.99 where other grocery shop they sell it for $12.50 , his prices are much higher than other grocery stores
Packed with locals. So you can rest assured that you'll get a good deal. Try their fruit selection.. such variety! Highly recommended.
Best Meadle Eastern, stockist of Lebanese, Arabic, Turkish and Greek groceries and green groceries. Very, friendly and helpful staff.
Typical Lebanese store for veges, fruit and groceries. Good variety of std and premium produce. Reasonable prices. Very welcoming...
The produce and goods available here is amazing. Everything from fruit and vege to the freshest nuts and authentic Lebanese snacks.
Best grocery store I've been too. Also have a wide range of great quilty fruits. Always find everything im after and great staff.
Best place !!!! Amazing service and friendly staff. Beautiful and tasty fruit and vegetables with loads of more quality items.
There are a lot of products from Arabic country in here. A good point to buy ingredients. Drive 45 min from city. A bit far.
This place is very good as most of the product imported from Lebanon. But very expensive in compare to the other branch.
Fresh fruit & vegetables of good quality and value for money. Nice friendly atmosphere, always clean and well stocked.
Overpriced and when I asked for cash out they wouldn't do it. They wanted to make more money out of their private ATM.
Wide variety of middle eastern groceries and fresh food and vegetables. Better Vale for money than Coles down the road
Great shop for all your fresh fruit, veggies, herbs etc. Cheese, breads, nuts as well as grocery. Your one stop shop
If you need any groceries, it's the place to go to. Prices are competitive and fair . Plus their service always top
Great selection and very good service. There is nothing that you cannot find or afford there. Highly recommended.
Middle eastern one stop shop. Quality of goods is also good. Does get very busy at times. Parking is a nightmare.
I love this place. I actually drive 18km to come and do my shopping. Fruit and vegetables are always very fresh.
Wide range of products. Good quality fruits and veggies. Mostly Lebanese products. No long waiting in the queue.
Slot of variety but needed to be more clean and organise access to all items in bays in a easy way too squashy
One of my favourite grocery stores here in Sydney to look for middle eastern products and quite cheap as well.
The best lebanese shop in sydney ,but please do tidy up the place more ,so we can walk around in the store.
Top quality Middle Eastern products and fresh produce. Staff is helpful and welcoming. I shop here weekly.
Good but too expensive on fruits it doesnt matter how good veggies or fruits look but he is way too dear

One of the best Lebanese supermarket. Not so big but you will find most of the things you need
Never buy rice from them i always find worms in the rice. Veggies are rip off Dairy not fresh
Local Lebanese fresh fruit and supermarket. Big range and some not commonly found delicacies
Plenty of Mediterranean goods highly recommended for people looking to try new sort of food
Lots of groceries and fruit and vegetables are tender and juicy it's like nothing else good
Every thing you need you will find with less price ... most of the overseas item available
This place is highly recommended to buy any thing you want especially middle eastern stuff
Used to come for cheap prices/good bargains and good produce.. but it's no longer the case
Great butcher has potato meat pies and lasagne like we got back in school at the canteen.

Good shop for middle eastern and Muslims. It has almost what the family daily needs.
Love there pure honey range. I mean it's pure honey not sugar syrup like capillano!
They got (almost) everything Arabs need.. The place can use some facelift though..
Very good variety of items at affordable prices , staff are helpful and friendly.
Reasonable prices for veggies n fruits all groceries at one place quick billing
