Been with this company for over 2 years and recently I've experienced the worst scenario. I knew my policy was set to expire in 2 days and like always, I'd call to renew for the next 6 months and I normally just pay upfront for the the next 6 months (never had an issues). Leo, the manager, gave me a quote of $1420 for 3 drivers yet when I wanted to renew he told me I had to wait until the expiration date and call back which I found strange and questioned him about it. Well as per his instructions, I called back the day my policy expired and was told by Leo that he was unable to remove the 4th driver because my policy expired and that he couldn't make any changes to the policy until after I renewed. I again questioned the action and found it to be strange. I just knew deep inside it wasn't going to go well. I was told to pay $1990 upfront and that I should call back the next day to remove the 4th driver and would get a refund. Called back the next day only to find out my policy was not 1420 but almost 1800. They refused to refund the 570 and told me one of us had an accident last December. I argued that no one on the policy had an accident last December or even in the past 3 yrs. I was told I should go to the DMV and get records which we had to pay for each of them and brought them in to them and that they would adjust our rates. Upon doing all that run around they still claim there is no refund. We were lied to and cheated by this company. We've decided to stick it out the next 6 months and we will be switching companies. I have escalated this issue to their customer service management and will be reporting this to the BBB. They are wrong for this and I refuse to let it slide without notifying the necessary departments. Avoid them if at all possible. Take my foolish advise. Save yourself the misinformation and lies you'll be told.

Had them for 9 years, their top of the line Full Coverage; with no incidents except a couple of car trouble roadside assistances. 2001 Explorer Sport Trac. On the 9th year I had 2 incidents that my truck was parked and others found it a target. 1st one happened on a parking lot and another person backed into my front driver side and they covered. 2 months after getting my truck back fixed. It was parked as usual on my yard beside a XL Chevy Tahoe and a drunk driver on an Impala t-boned slammed on the Tahoe throwing it against my truck and they said i had to take the blame for improperly parking my truck. their claims department takes weeks to call you back, Both times i had to do deal with their claims department, The claims agent I had was on vacation, but since the other folks are busy, you need to wait til they come back from vacation. They only gave me $878. Because it apparently wasn’t worth more to them having over 200k miles ... smh... i moved on with Jake and Jane from State Farm....

Leo was a nightmare to work with when I started contacting them about the indescrepencies in the price in my policy. I was provided incorrect information by Leo and then when I requested to speak to a manager to call me back since leo could not provide me answers other than "that's just what the system says" I never received a call back. We were a policy holders with him for close to 10 years. because of his treatment we decided to cancel and go some place else. Please teach your employees to value their customers, provide them correct information and not blow them off when their unsure answers are questioned. Also he has a bad attitude. I called today to verify that we didn't owe any additional payments on the policy and he was being so smug on the phone. DO better and you'll keep your customers.

This must be the absolute worst insurance company in the entire world. I was rear-ended by a texting driver, and it took nearly 2 whole weeks after the accident to get my claim representative on the phone. It's now been over 4 weeks after the accident, and my car is still not fixed because they can't answer the phone or respond to an email. Also, the lady who works at this office is a terrible person. She treated me like absolute garbage when I came in to ask for her help to get in contact with my representative. She refused to help me, saying she didn't have the phone number I needed. After ten minutes of her refusing to help me and talking to me like a child, I asked to speak to her manager, and she magically found the exact extension I needed. Terrible. Absolutely deplorable.

I had no problem getting a low insurance quote. They explained every that I had on my policy and the benefits of it. I didn't understand insurance when I first walked in but after getting my policy I know what I had. I recommend them not only because of the low rate but great customer service. They make you feel secure. Plus if I ever have any questions they'll be more than gladly to help. Come here to get insurance!

I went to see about reinstating my policy I went in feeling lost frustrated and worried . Jennifer Hernandez helped me at the Harding location and she made me feel assured and provided Efficient and fast service . She kept me informed throughout the whole process and was very dedicated to my needs as a customer . I will definitely give 5 stars and recommend acceptance to my friends .

Don’t ever get this insurance and think you can do things like file a claim with them. They will all get an attitude with you and cancel your policy without you even knowing if you don’t agree with what they’re saying. The biggest fraud insurance company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Do not go to them!

I’ve been with acceptance for 7 years . I started with my auto policy then I started a business and now I have my auto , commercial auto , workers cómp , and general liability with Acceptance. Their staff is always there to help me whenever I need anything . I recommend you give these guys a try.
