Literally the utter most useless and unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Despite the hysteria of COVID19 and the restrictions imposed, the accountant requested for me to come for a face-to-face meeting as I was a new customer. I patiently sat and waited for two and a half hours while the agent prepared my claim. There were not helpful in suggesting or informing me of what I was able to claim for, at no point, were there any explanations or discussions of how to get the best return using their expertise; which really, is the service you are paying for. After my return was prepared, I signed and left. However, a few hours later I received an email saying they had amended my lodgement. Upon reviewing the lodgement, I queried some of the changes. This went unanswered. What followed was a complete waste of time as I had to call up a total of 6 times, each time, a different person would promise they would look over the claim and phone me back, each time, this was unfulfilled. Finally after refusing to be called back, I spent another hour going through and explaining the issue which was rectified. Do NOT go here and waste your time. I had a very simple tax return of work based claims and a self-managed investment property.

I have been using ABAS Tax Returns service for many years. Now moved to MELBOURNE from Sydney but could not find any better Tax Agent then them. Rupinder is fantastic, and a very friendly Accountant with a good understanding of rules. I now do my tax returns online with them and over the phone. He patiently goes through all my expenses and maximizes my returns with the right advice. Highly recommend specially for people can’t visits the office. I would highly recommend ABAS Bookkeeping as they have transformed the way I was running my business. Been using the services of Accurate Business and Accounting Services for 4 years. Great Tax refund every year. Now driving uber. They spent the time to explain my GST obligations. My first BAS return lodged for GST was well calculated to ensure all me expenses are claimed. This was very helpful as GST bill for Taxi drivers is a huge added expense. Paid $50 For BAS return and advice was quite cheap. Thanks guys.

Got in touch with the Managing Director Rupinder Bhatia and asked about services on 12th September. After asking multiple times so that we could continue, with emails sent on 26th Sep and 4th October, there was no response. Very poor communication and customer service. This likely speaks volumes of the kind of quality you get when the managing director doesn't care to respond. What a waste of time.

The tax agent was very friendly and completed the tax return quick. Hard to get an appointment elsewhere in October due to lodgement deadline. These guys had the staff working till 8 pm back end to meet deadline for clients. Office also opens till 6 pm and Saturdays as well. Amazing dedication towards clients. Thanks guys . Accurate Business & Accounting did my Tax return for multiple Investment properties. Fee was reasonable but the best part was valuable Tax advise given by the Tax agent on Capital Gains Tax when selling rental properties. Mr. Bhatia were quite thorough on that. Their service for Future Tax Planning strategy on investments was very helpfull.

Great value for money. I had a requirement to claim my travel for work with various other expenditures. I ended up paying about half of what I normally pay at one of the big firms. Also I was happy with the refund amount which I received. Rupinder is a really nice bloke. I would return here as this was a good value accounting business.

DO NOT ENGAGE - Does not return phone calls or emails, professional services paid for not completed. This accountant blamed a book keeper for not completing his own job. He blamed me as a customer, no accountability. It will be costing me even more money with another account to fix errors made with reporting to the tax office.

Very Professional and Personalised accounting and Taxation advice, surely recommend them. My last years tax return was not done properly. Agent missed out on an important exemption.
