Where do I begin... Well... Achilles was the third roofing company I contacted and met for an inspection/estimate, yet was the first to provide an estimate and clearly outline the process for getting my roof replaced. One company I never heard from again and the other provided the estimate 9 days after we met and it was 2.5 times what Achilles charged me!!! Once we agreed on price and color, I sent the deposit and the rest of the process was smooth sailing. The owner Ahmad Faiz was the consummate professional, responded quickly to all my calls and texts and addressed any concerns promptly. I’ve worked with many contractors, roofers, carpenters in the past and know all too well the feeling of doubt in what they claim they can/will do at a given price and the disappointment in the final product. My experience with Achilles has been by far the best!!! For any roofing issues I have with my other properties going forward, Ahmad and Achilles will be the first number I call. If you are forced to have to come to the unfortunate decision to replace your roof, make Achilles Roofing and Ahmad your first call!!! You will not be disappointed. My entire experience from initial meeting to completion took six days (including a weekend); meeting Thursday, a weekend to decide, Monday material pick up and drop off, Tuesday/Wednesday installation. Ahmad has been very kind and helpful since the first time he came to do the estimate of replacing our roof. He guided us for choosing the colors of shingles until the last minute he had to decide with the supplier. We are happy about the “weathered wood” color we decided after what we liked originally (pewter gray) was unavailable. His crew was alway on time and did their job professionally. Ahmad added two workers trying to complete the job earlier to beat the weather. They worked a long day to get the job almost done even after dark. For safety reasons, I asked them to stop for the day. It rained the next morning, and my house was covered perfectly, thanks to their hard work. They did a good job for cleaning up the debris while they took away the old roof and after the roof was installed. I was very concerned about those nails all over the house on the ground. They used magnets to collect those hidden nails around. They covered the shrubs around the house with canvas to protect those plants from the falling debris, and one or two workers worked hard all the time to collect the debris into the dumpster, while the others were working on the roof top to remove the old stuff and installing the new shingles. They used hammers to nail down the individual shingles nicely. The roof looks beautiful now. I highly recommend Ahmad and Achilles Roofing.

These guy came to the rescue. I was working out of town and my house sitter took a picture of my blown off ridge cap from one of the storm lines the blew down. Out of all the contractors I contacted that night to get quotes lined up, these guys were the firsts ones up on the roof inspecting the damage at 8am the following day. Their quote was right on point with what my construction estimating software was showing. They showed up again at 8am on the agreed day and fixed my ridge cap and made it look better then it did before. To top it all off, we were able to work everything remotely. Damage was reported, fixes were documented and they were able to do payments via different apps. I highly recommend reaching out to these guys for any roof repairs. I was very impressed

A little background, I was in Houston visiting family from Kentucky. My brother in law ask to get his roof replaced and see insurance would take care of it. I call several places to get estimates Ahmad and his his company was very responsive in giving me an estimate. I left Houston and went back to Kentucky and later found out that the insurance would not replace the roof. I called Ahmad on Thursday needing his assistance to get setup and replace the roof. By Monday his team was there to start on the demo and completed late that evening. I am very impressed by the professionalism, excellent customer, the completeness of the work as well how quick it was done. I would highly recommend this company to my friends in Houston. I would also like to recommend Achilles Establishment to anyone. One thing I appreciate is Amad's honesty. I am the Sr. Pastor of Greater Harvest Church. We needed a metal roofing company to come out and inspect our roof. We found Achilles Establishment on to come out and inspect a leak. Water was coming into our sanctuary. We had two other roofing companies come out and neither of them informed what the "true" condition of our repair needs were. They did give us quotes after inspecting but, neither of them told us what the problem was. Achilles contacted us and immediately came out, repaired it on the spot. Last Sunday during the big downpour of rain, we had no leaks! I would recommend Achilles Establishment to anyone.

Achillies Roofing put on new shingles on our 3 story townhome the middle of December. They did an excellent job! It even took above & beyond what was originally expected due to the side angles of our roof line. What was expected to be a two day job turned into four days. The workers showed up everyday including Sunday to finish without complaint. They worked especially hard to cleanup while they were working, and when the job was completed they made sure they cleaned all areas around our townhome. The owner of the business is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would have no problem using his company again on any project. His prices are very fair, and his quotes are timely.

Found Achilles Roofing by doing an online search, it’s hard to find honest people to do business now a days. Everyone wants to make a quick buck, communication with all parties is very important, from client, owner and crew to avoid any miscommunication. I contacted Ahmad and he answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They came out and gave me an estimate for a full roof replacement, fascia, soffit and gutters. We agreed to start the project on 2/7/23, even though we had some rain during the afternoon they still managed to finish the project in one day. Ahmad and the crew were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

Achilles roofing may very well be the most professional roofing company I have ever dealt with. Achilles and his team made the entire process of getting a new roof super easy and convenient. He came out when he said he would and even dealt with the insurance company (that is HUGE for me), he worked me in quickly because this was time sensitive, and they did a fantastic job. The attention to detail was wonderful . Achilles and his team answered any questions I had and even assisted me on the documentation for the insurance company like I mentioned. I'm super impressed.

One of the most professional and caring contractors I have ever hired. Was extremely helpful and patient while I went was dealing with permitting office for the roof. Once I was able to get my permit, I asked contractor if we could schedule reroofing asap and he had his team at my home within a matter of 3 days. Reroofing was completed in a day and the yard and surroundings were clean and my house with a new beautiful roof like nothing happened. I needed a small job done, cut a a hole in the roof to install roof vent for my kitchen hood. He responded quickly to my inquiry on Thumbtack and immediately gave me quote base on my info and photos. No time wasted. It wasn’t urgent to get the work done - but he sent Jorge to do it several days later. He did a great job with cutting and install - fast and professional. I hired Achilles to replace 2 leaking vents and leak from the chimney side. They responded quickly and came for free a inspection and estimate. They advised me to service other area that could cause a leak in the future I wasn’t aware off. They came the second day one time and changed the vents, chimney flashing, some damaged siding, and 3 area of ratted plywood and overall calking for all the exposed nails, vents and pipes, then left the roof and area clean.

This is my first time dealing with Achilles Roofing & Exteriors and so glad that I did.
