I have not had a better experience with roofing professionals! From the knowledgeable and courteous office staff, to the installers in the field, their customer is Job #1! JC&C always notified our residents in person, door to door, days before their service crew began the scheduled work. The roofing products offered were competitive in price, as well as superior, to most of the popular products used by other companies. They carry a material and labor warranty beyond any I've seen in the industry. Prompt, on time, from job start to finish. Pictures of our job (available to us) taken by drone, showing problem areas of deteriorated decking, facia, vents, etc. The no surprise roofing company that I can recommend with full confidence. Personally familiar with the resulting outcome, and satisfaction of the job, from start to finish!

I was very pleased with the entire process working with JC&C Roofing during the replacement of my roof. Christian came to our home to assess the job, explain their process and discuss their customer service related business philosophy. He came back again to give us several alternatives using different grades of shingles and discuss the advantages of each. Once we made our choice, the crew and materials arrived 2 days later. The house and landscape was draped for protection and the job was completed in just over 2 days. The yard was completely cleaned up and they even came back a few days later to power wash the driveway and sidewalk. They are very professional and they do a great job. I highly recommend that you include them in the roof repair or replacement contractor selection process and see the difference for yourself.

As mentioned on a prior video this roofing company has a reputation of not clearly communicating there requirements to accepting a job at the initial point of contact. That is to say when speaking to clients on the phone requesting roofing bids. Most companies have options to take a job or not. However it is also their duty to take time before making an appointment for a bid to collect information from callers so that clients are not ignored once a visit to a residence has been completed. Be careful that you are not one these victims/clients who are never contacted despite promises made to the contrary.

This company was very professional, timely, courteous, honest, cleaned up everything beautifully, did everything they said they would do. They put top quality product. I remember them using a blue type of material that would help for weather. Sure enough when the freeze hit and electricity were out for days here in Spring Texas, Many of my neighbors had problems with busted pipes and water damage ..(complete move outs) but my home by God’s grace, and the superior products that were used with JC@C Roofing we did not have one issue. We are super grateful and recommended them completely.

We were very impressed with Christian & his team at JC&C Roofing. We got multiple quotes and he does extra things that other roofers don’t. My framers (adding sone hardy afterwards) put a whole in the new flashing with their hammer & Christian came back & fixed it (no charge). Christian at JC&C is absolutely amazing! I brought out 4 different roofing companies to identify the source of a leak on my roof, and Christian was the ONLY person to find it. He showed up on time, found the source of the leak within 5 minutes, and patiently walked me through his process of identifying the leak. My roof is finally leak free for the first time in over a year. If I ever need any roof related services in the future, JC&C is going to be the only company I call.
