The service in the shop leaves a lot to be desired for because i needed assistance with getting a phone but the guy at the counter Dwayne was extremely rude and didn't want to assist since i was still trying to decide which phone i was going to take. It was advised the it takes 10-15 minutes for them to get the phone from the safe and went to go buy something and when i returned i asked for the phone again and now for them to say it takes 10- 30 minutes for them to get the phone

Very poor service received from Fedonia. Had an empty coffee cup and asked her if she has a dustbin where she could throw it away for me. She said she doesn't have a dustbin. I enquired further if she can please just dispose of it for me and she answered she can't. She said I must throw it away outside in the street dustbin. I told her that her attitude is bad customer service and she just pulled up her shoulders. Very disappointing. Will report to head office as well.

What a good experience! I went into the shop on Wednesday and wanted a jacket but they did not have my size. They immediately offered to find one for me and did! ... and kept me in the loop the whole time. I collected it today (Saturday ... and Candice came to the front herself to wish me happy birthday too ... extra special, thank you.) Thank you Candice, Johan and Liam you know what customer service is and delivered 100%.

This shop has become very disappointing since Covid hit. The range of clothing has declined. The service at the tills is appalling. There are long queues (without correct social distancing) all waiting for the ONE teller who is on duty. Why is there a problem opening more tills?

Low cost retail store. Cool clothes on a budget store. It is clean and safe. Friendly staff. Easy to access from the main rd. Ample parking around the corner. Kids and women's clothing mostly. Accessories as well for hair and makeup.

What a great place for children's clothing. Our little one's are growing up so fast that shopping at Ackermans is s no-brainer. Great value for money and quality high end fashionable clothes. Highly recommended.
