I normally don’t leave bad reviews however I couldn’t not after my awful experience in your store with my wife. We spend hundreds of dollars at adairs normally in Sydney at the castle hill store and never are treated the way we were in this store. The lady that served us was so rude and has awful customer service skills, it wasn’t just with customers it was towards her other work colleagues aswell, it was quite uncomfortable to watch. I believe her name is Miriam short blonde hair, older woman. We left saying we would never bother shopping in this store ever again , we have always had amazing service in Sydney but this store was by far the worst service we have ever received in any retail shop. Perhaps it’s time for head office to take action or review this staff member and perhaps even offer some more training , even teach her how to smile would be nice.

Love Adairs at DFO! Always great prices and friendly staff. Wendy spent a lot of time with me helping me decide on what quilt cover and sheets I should buy for my new house and suggested a lot of different colour options I should try. Thanks WENDY!

Adairs always has nice home wares and now it's even better that it's discounted! the store here at DFO is clean, the staff are happy and helpful which results in a great shopping experience! It's hard to go back to a full Adairs retail store now...

great deals on sheet sets, doona covers, pillows, towels, cushions and more. they also have a loyalty program where you get can extra discount. the staff were really helpful. I got a super king set for a really great price and really nice design.

Genuinely fabulous prices on quality bedding. Have sent many clients here as the prices are unbeatable but the assistance from the lovely staff helps even the novice linen shopper choose beautiful bedding and complimentary pillows and cushions.

The ladies in the store are very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended if looking for a great bargain. You won't be disappointed.
