If i could put no stars i would called the store to see if they had a item before driving 40mins there. To be asked if i could wait a momemt which was fine but then to be waiting for 40mins for them to just hang up the phone without even seeing ig anyone was on the line. Terrible customer service. And tge item i was looking for is a $500 rug.
The staff were most helpful, despite the shop being full of customers on a Saturday. They were very polite & nothing was too difficult.
