Beautiful, well presented little store with great staff. Kylie (I believe her name was, could be wrong tho) was super helpful and helped me find matching sets for my bathroom. Kylie was approachable, went above and beyond, and made me feel very welcomed to the area as I have only just recently moved here. She even recommended some nice parks to take my dogs for a walk to. Will definitely be coming back when I need more home decor.

Today I came in looking for nothing but as usual always end up buying something. Had the pleasure of being served by the wonderful Evelyn and Melissa who worked at the Moonee ponds store today. The Moonee Ponds Store stands out from others especially as the staff are super helpful. A big shout out to Mina who helped me out via a phone conversation which led me to visit the store and place a face to the phone call . Mina left a lasting impression and I will definitely be back. This little store has a great selection of homewares. It’s a pity customer service wasn’t to par when I visited yesterday. I went in looking for some new towels for my bathroom, I asked the sales assistants for some new ideas about combining different towel designs, they didn’t seem too enthused to give me any advice. It was a pity as I was willing to spend.

My partner and I visited and were served by Carla, she gave great advice and was able to help us compromise between our individual tastes. Thank you for a smooth and easy experience. Now time to cash in on a shoulder massage after hauling everything home haha

Great little store located in moonee ponds, stocks the same goods as adairs. Great customer service, they put aside a plant basket for me that other stores seemed to have sold out of or were not able to locate instore, so was very pleased.
