So I will start out by saying I do NOT give reviews lightly - I need to be impressed by a company and its service to recommend it. However in this case I am MORE than happy to spend the time to write this; One of the biggest fears when ever people buy a used car - is what happens if there's a problem? Many horror stories have been told in the past which makes all buyers worry. I bought a beautiful Merc ML350 300 cdi from Frank @ Adam's Cars and I am so very glad I did! Not only did the team there help make getting the car nice and easy - when we had a little issue - they didn't give us a run around, didn't question - didn't stuff around at! In they fixed the issue AND provided a NICE loan car while it was fixed. I can not recommend dealing with Frank and the team at Adam's Cars QLD highly enough for your next car!!

Couldn't be more happier and relieved with our purchase of an excellent and well maintained Toyota Camry that Adams Cars QLD had for sale amongst all the well selected and maintained vehicles to choose from ... I had spent 3 days navigating the used car market to help my 19 yr old buy her 1st car, it was very stressful and daunting, ...it was such a relief to walk into 'Adams Cars QLD' and be treated with genuine care and help to find a reliable and well maintained car for my daughter to drive from Brisbane to Cairns to start a new job .. Purchased a car of Frank he was good to deal with, have had this car for almost 3 months with out any problems, his colleague who showed me the car had the usual speal in regards to not selling repaired vehicles etc etc...which reassured me but on closer inspection(after the purchase) my car has had some pretty heavy repaires and a very poor respray which was hard to notice on a sunny Brisbane day, I'm sure they would have known this and probably should have been a bit more honest about the history of the car. About $1000 to remedy. So if your looking to buy off them make sure you take a really close look.

Pretty poor experience. Firstly started by receiving phone calls from Frank when I was in a meeting and specifically asked for email or text because of that reason. Then drove 35 mins to meet with Frank to test drive a car as originally agreed to sit down and only have Frank more interested in securing my finance and give me "advice" against that as I had already received to finally leave without even taking the car for a drive. A sales tip for you... sell the car first Frank. It's emotional purchase - have the buyer fall in love with the car... then work everything else out later.

The best experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. Everyone was helpful, happy, very professional and made the whole process easy. The price was amazing and the Nissan X Trail I bought was given to me in immaculate condition in and out and was excellent value.
