Came to the Chermside store today and although there were some really nice pieces, the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately when asking about a size the woman at the front desk responded in a condescending tone and was quite rude. I was only asking about stores/online stock as I was super keen on an item. I saw that there was indeed stock online in the size I wanted just a different colour, if she’d taken the time to discover this I might’ve bought it. However, I felt rushed out of the store. I’m not sure if this is because she thought she’d be wasting her time on me (as I’m not exactly the age demographic this store caters for), but I felt talked down to. Regardless, they should treat every customer the same, and not with a condescending tone. In no way am I trying to be rude to the business, I’m just offering some constructive feedback (hopefully) on the customer service. Thanks :)

Not sure I want others to know about my newest clothing store find! I went into the Newmarket shopping centre looking for a ladies boutique that used to be there - to find it gone :( and was drawn to the fabulous clothing display at Adrift. The shop assistant - Dianne was so helpful and with her honest advice, I walked out with a gorgeous dress that was on sale - 50% off and a pair of Navy pants from the basics range that fitted my size 18 frame beautifully. Sensational customer service over the phone when I called and asked about stock. Didn't have the items I wanted to try in store but they ordered them in for me to try, they arrived the next day and I got text letting me know. In store the ladies were lovely and helpful without being over bearing. Very happy with the whole experience and now have a beautiful new top and skirt.

I went into the Chermside store and the lady was so rude. I was told my one of her staff members I could return the items I bought if not satisfied but when I went into the store was talked to so rudely and told I couldn’t. Not the correct way to treat your customers at all, will never shop there again.

My favorite shop at Newmarket village shops I brought 2 gorgues summer dress's today colourful bright summer fashion one dress is Rita style dress & second dress is Blue Oasis style they sell gorgues affordable Jewellery staff are so lovely & helpful and happy to help

Diane & Asti...you rock!!!! Excellent service, above and beyond. Amazing products... clothing, jewellery, shoes, accessories. Beautiful colours, patterns and the essential classics too. My new favourite store. Something for everyone, larger plus size too.

Be aware of their return policy before you shop on-line. You won't be happy if you buy a sale item and are expecting a refund on the returned item. Apart from using my on-line credit this'll be the only time I shop direct with this business.

Pretty good. The staff always seem to be friendly but one step behind what is going on. Maybe that is intentional. Like a kindly aunt has stepped in to help.

The Newmarket store has some beautiful and unique items and the customer service is great. The two ladies were so helpful and friendly.
