The Gas was not working in my car so had it checked by this guy for him to say that the gas needs to refilled. He didn't check for any gas leaks and 3mths later no gas and that's how I know that he didn't check for leaks. Took it back to him saying that I was not happy. He said leave it with him and he would call me once he looked at it. I never got that call and I had to ring him for him to say it was going to be a big job to fix & it was going to be very expensive to fix as he has to pull the dash apart witch could be a 4 hour job.He said he won't charge me for looking at it and would ring me back in a few days with a price I wasn't taking it back to him anyway as I did not trust him. He never rang back,Horrible service. My question was how could he know it was in there when he didn't pull the dash apart to know it was defiantly that for sure.I took it for a second Apennine to find it was a 20 min job to fix and its now all good and only cost me $150 all up. Will never go to this guy again! BEWARE!!

I have been taking my VW Golf and Audi to the team at Advance Motors for 10+ years. The most important reason why I would recommend them is they share my interest in looking after my cars, they keep me informed about what is happening, what I might need to do next time and if there are any issues they have found during the service that I need to know about. Was just about to ring advance for a question and realised I haven't left a review because THIS GUY DESERVES ALL THE PRAISE. After taking my car to place after place, getting taken advantage of and the job never fixed. I literally drove into the driveway of advance and he heard the noise coming from my car and knew EXACTLY what the problem was. Not only does he know his stuff but he is quick as hell and so reasonably priced. If you are going somewhere else for your vehicle then your a goose.

Jamie and the team have a great customer service ethic, the work carried out on my vehicle was terrific, and their prices are the best I could find for similar services offered by their competition. I had tyres fitted and balanced, a wheel alignment and this took less than 20 minutes while I waited. I will be taking my vehicle to Advance Motors for serving from now. I have got VW Passat and 80% - 90% of mechanics have no idea what they are doing.. they will ruin your car or will make it even worst.. they will tell you that they have change the parts but wouldn’t even do that.. all they know is, how change engine oil and break pads.. these guys are amazing... very professional and experienced.. guys please dont go anywhere else if you love your cars or dont like to waste money.. best mechanic in the town....

Wouldn’t take any of my other vehicle here. Took a car I’m selling for a roadworthy, they failed two items that when inspected by two other authorised inspectors passed no problems. One of them even knew of this place and how they do this to customers. There must be a reason their workshop is half empty, not a lot of demand for there Business. I would avoid if you don’t want to pay for things that don’t need fixing.

Road worthy certificate issued. Phoned up for a quote and they were available to book in the following day. Quick turnaround and flexible with pickup time. Clean workshop, open on time when I arrived at 8am. Positive experience and friendly customer service over the phone and in person. Thankyou Advance Motors.
