Chris the office administrator at Advanced Plumbing was that first point of contact and he exemplified an attentive demeanour, patience and thoroughness to understanding the nature of our work project. That care and consideration evident by Chris’s request for us to provide pics of our existing fixtures to be replaced and details of our new brand/model fixtures for installation. Chris at his word provided us with an estimated written quote in less than 24 hours. The estimate clearly detailed the work scope, stated the company’s labour workmanship warranty and an upfront supplementary section if necessary only – this because of our 25+ year old shut off valves never being used in that time span (potential replacement costs if necessary because of leaking). Subsequently, Chris was very accommodating with respect to our availability for scheduling our service appointment. On the day of our service appointment, November 2nd 2023, Advanced Plumbing equally excelled. Employee Licensed Plumber Aman Faiz assigned to our work project was punctual, very polite and personable. Aman explained the overview of tackling the work project, procedures involved, and at all times answered any of our questions. Aman was well organized, very skilled at his trade, detail oriented and efficient. Everything was cleaned up after completion. Moreover, from the list of our work project tasks, one involved the installation of (two) heavy brand single piece toilets. As such, an assistant was dispatched to ensure for a precise fixture placement fitting. In our case, that assistant just happened to be the owner George, a Master Plumber himself. Conversing with George, observing his interactions with Aman, and our experiences dealing with Chris/Aman, we soon came to one very conclusion. The realization that the excellent character traits of honesty, dependability, pride in delivering quality work & providing excellent customer service satisfaction, embodies every team member of Advanced Plumbing from bottom up or top down.

I called AP on the advice of a neighbour after I was dissatisfied with another plumbing company who's tech had turned up to diagnose a back-up but was clearly in it only to make the fastest recommendation for a big job and was only willing to scope one location to do so, then tried to fast talk the reason, and ultimately quoted $300 to scope a second. In contrast, George at Advanced Plumbing was an absolute star. He scoped the two locations necessary for the diagnostic, verified the problem found by the first tech (roots and building trap between cleanout and city), and found a second in a different section of pipe (wall to cleanout). He also scoped my neighbour's cleanout to confirm we wouldn't cause them problems and they didn't need similar work done. We then discussed multiple options for resolution, and ended up having his team replace one 10 ft section of clay with PVC (and remove a building trap), and then use the flex-shaft and jets to clear roots out of another length of clay (rather than demolishing our porch to replace it). For all visits it was a cinch to schedule (Chris in the office was amazing), the notification system and punctuality was exactly as quoted, the team was fast, professional, clean, and thorough, and very accommodating of my request to watch the scope at the end to see all the work done. I was frankly surprised how fast and efficient everything could be. And all at a cost that was better than the previous company had quoted for less work. It's an amazing feeling to find a contractor you'll call back in the future without a second thought or a second quotation - could not recommend enough.

Awesome & Professional. This is the third time we had to use plumbing services from Advanced (over the past 12 years) and in all cases, they were extremely courteous, professional and respectful of our home. Most recently, on New Year's day we had a basement drain backup due to a faulty ejector. Called Advanced on New Years day thinking that I would be leaving a voicemail and they picked up. They were kind enough to call ahead and diagnosed my problem to the faulty part. Options were given (no pressure to fix now or later) and we elected to fix now (and save on the no-charge for visit and diagnosis). To my surprise, they went out to get the parts and completed service with full system test today!!! At the end of the day, we are thrilled to know that we'll always have Advanced on our emergency call list. Thanks to Ian, Michael (for todays visit) and Greg and George over the past few years. You guys are wonderful !!!

I had called Advanced Plumbing to replace the water valves for our laundry machine and outside hose, install emergency shut off valves for our bathrooms and replace the main shutoff valve for our house. Aman was very helpful upon arriving for the job, in addition to scoping the work that I had requested, he took the time to walk through the plumbing in our house to make sure I knew where everything was located (i.e. shut off valves) and how our plumbing worked so that I would know what to do in the event of a leak or emergency. Based on our review of the house he made recommendations for different services they could offer us but at no point did I feel pressure to get these things done. Wouldn't hesitate to hire Advanced Plumbing again and was very happy with the work completed by Aman.

The process for scheduling the appointment was easy and efficient, Ian Johnson and his colleague arrived just 10 minutes past the start of the agreed time window and did all their work within said time. They were very nice and professional, explained what caused the issue and communicated clearly and effectively with my landlord to get the job approved once they had diagnosed what needed to be done. They did a couple of tests when they finished and it has held up wonderfully. They also mentioned there's a warranty period to their work so if anything were to go wrong with the fix, they'd come and sort it out which is great for peace of mind. Excellent service all around!

We have engaged Advanced Plumbing to remove the main stack from our 1914 2-storey semi, and to then replace rough-ins for 3 fixtures in the upstairs bathroom. Although the start date for this project is still in the future, I wanted to note that we have had excellent communications with Advanced. Chris and George have responded very quickly and completely in their telephone conversations, email exchanges, and job quotes. I've been sending daily detailed updates on what we're discovering during our demolition, and George has responded without any indication that he's annoyed by my emails. That's really impressive.

This a big shout out to Advanced Plumbing and Aman Faiz for the amazing work they did to replace our kitchen drain below ground!Professional and courteous from start to finish. Price quoted was the price we paid. The job was quick and completed in about 6 hours from digging to pouring concrete. Aman took the time to provide honest feedback on other plumbing issues while scoping main drain to the street as we watched camera inspection. Great knowledge of plumbing in our 100+ year old home. I can’t recommend this company enough.

If you need a plumber to fix a toilet that another plumber can't fix, be sure to call Advanced Plumbing and ask for Andrei. He installed a flush valve for me and was able to install it properly, while using a few tricks that others in the industry don't know about. While here, he also noticed another potential issue with my toilets and proceeded to replace a part on them for no extra charge. The only disagreement I have with Advamced Plumbing is I end up always wanting to pay them more, and they typically refuse to accept it.

What a stellar group of people to deal with. From management to service techs we always get exceptional service. There are alot of plumbing services available thoughout the city, but finding honest and super knowledgeable ones is the tricky part. Every time we have needed advanced plumbing, they show up as scheduled and not once have they been late. They always complete the job without issue and do a great job explaining everything. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work you need.

Ian came very quickly and was able to assess the situation. Even though it turned out it wasn't an emergency he was very thorough and checked everything while politely and thoroughly explaining what he was doing. He also popped upstairs to fix a little issue in a bathroom for us. Ian is very polite and courteous and it's a pleasure to have him in our home. We have used Advanced Plumbing numerous times after they were recommended to me. They are always extremely quick to respond to schedule an appointment and everyone we have worked with there have been kind and extremely professional. Aman was fantastic. He solved my clogged drain issues, went out to get any parts required and explained/tested everything to me prior to leaving. The 15 year old sump pump was malfunctioning and leaking, so I asked to replace it with a new one.
