“If you want to forget your problems, put on uncomfortable shoes” That’s the story I had with a pair of Konstantin Starke boots bought for a full price of 269 Swiss Francs on November 22, 2023 from this store. I tried them inside, left with them in the bag, arrived to my destination and wore them for 100 meters walk from the car to the restaurant. Those 100 meters that with bad shoes feel like 1000 meters unfolding in front of you in a nightmare and no matter how much you move your feet the destination just runs away from you. The boots feel like made of solid rock when you walk in them and give you immediate back-pain. I understood it was a mistake buy, as well as it is likely to be lost money. Nevertheless I went to check with the branch in the city I live in - Nyon - what my options are. It was a pleasant surprise to show the boots to the store manager in Nyon LaCombe and to hear, no problem, you can exchange them right here or in any other store, bigger branch maybe. The lady talking to me was pleasant and also seemed to understand very well what the bad shoes can do to your back. Optimistic again and comforted by her service I decided to go the next day back to Geneva branch where I bought them and choose the replacement there, it is indeed a bigger store. When I arrived I was met with quite a hostile “no no no” response by the same manager who sold me the boots with a huge smile few days earlier. I didn’t deny I wore them, I explained exactly the situation that I love the shoes though they destroy my health, but the “no no” stayed persistent even more when I asked how come in another branch they told me it is okay to change. Well, I am not the scandal loving type, I took the boots and went away. The day after returned to Nyon to the more service oriented person. And guess what? The nice women there told me The Geneva “no no” man called them up to forbid the exchange under any circumstances, they apologized dozen times and I left feeling… well, humiliated I’d say. Such an initiative of identifying me as sort scammer, when I admit they were worn and ask for solution, calling up other branches to prepare them for my arrival felt like a witch chase. Embarrassing to say the least. Useless to say, no penny shall be given to a business where such attitude is encouraged. Boots pictures are attached. Whoever wants to forget about their problems can reach out and get them - you can save years of therapy. Those who get service like I had - prepare few bucks for another round with your shrink.

Très mauvaise expérience client : j’ai rapporté au magasin une paire de sandales de la marque Gabor qui avaient déteint après quelques gouttes de pluie, même en ayant été imperméabilisées. Il m’a été répondu que (1) on ne met pas des sandales quand il pleut (!) ; (2) que les nouveaux modèles sont tous ainsi : les couleurs sont instables du fait que moins de produits chimiques sont utilisés; (3) à moins que je veuille consommer moins responsable, il n’y a pas de solution. Vraiment le sentiment d’être pris pour un pigeon : je n’y mettrai plus un pied.

Je trouve toujours mon bonheur. La vendeuse m'a consacré tout le temps qui m'était nécessaire pour bien choisir mes deux paires de baskets. Merci pour les 10 % de rabais accordé dans la semaine de mon anniversaire. Petit clin-d'oeil au responsable du magasin : et oui, j'aime l'architecture de la Grande-Motte...

Enfin une enseigne qui accorde de l’importance quant à la localisation de ses fournisseur (EU) et à la qualité des produits délivrés. Service clientèle rapide. Bon rapport qualité prix pour des chaussures fabriquées sur le continent! Le personnel est serviable est chaleureux. Merci et à bientôt.

Je recommande vivement le magasin de Rive où je suis allée cet après-mid. D'une part, Il y a beaucoup de choix et les articles sont bien présentés et d'autre part, l'accueil est avenant et j'ai beaucoup apprécié les judicieux conseils.

Grand choix de chaussures de qualité. La jeune vendeuse très aimable et très disponible. Ca change, cela fait des lustres que je n'ai pas eu un tel service à Genève dans la vente.

Prix standard pour a magasin Suisse. Il y a à tubogan pour les enfants se que vous permet de faire vos achats tranquillement ;-)
